Bought this as a first couch in an apartment, so didn't want to spend too much with so many expenses but I think it was a great choice for the space and time. No damage to the parts, but I do want to point out that it was a bit difficult to put together as tracks join the parts of the couch together. Would be difficult to do without help from someone else. I would say the cushions are firmer than average, which personally I have been liking.

Perfect little size arm rest shelves useful. Storage is nice as are the wide arm rests. I'm 5'5" and can lie flat between arm rests. The back cushions are holding up and stay in place. The pull out is nice 3 of us can stretch out well enough when pull out is extended. It is a bit firm. Wanted the USB port on the opposite end but it only goes together one way. I have small space. It would look too small in a larger room. The color is as pictured, it is soft corduroy, I spot cleaned it just fine. I would purchase again. Good value.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wish I could give it a zero. This thing is so short and useless. I have no idea who it is designed to fit or how in the world I will ever get it back in the box. Big items like this, you are stuck with! Do not be deceived. This is NOT nearly 80 inches of sleeping surface. It is more like 68" of sleeping space. My son is slightly over 6' and comes to visit with his 5'11" wife. They do not fit on this unit. I bought it because it was a temporary fix to a sleeping area problem. Long term, this is not what we will have. If you live in Clearwater, you can come pick this one up before you buy a new one. It is not as advertised but for the price, it is a nice sofa. Size: Not as advertised. Firmness: Lumpy Looks: Very nice looking unit.

The good: fabric is super soft and the color is nice. Fold out bed and shelves are useful and it was super easy to put together. Chase storage is perfect for storing blankets and pillows The not great: Seat area is extremely narrow and not made for lounging (unless you pull the bed out), the backing is very flimsy, the charging port while great in theory is in a terrible place. I've broken 4 cords because they've been sat on or tangled in the couch. I ended up unplugging it and we don't use it The bad: The track and rollers for the pull out are not very sturdy and one broke off. So now the bed part is being used as alternative setting/ ottoman. The brackets that hold the couch pieces together are not very secure.

Not the most comfortable couch, but it’s been perfect for my pre-teen and her friends. It’s sturdy enough, but cheap enough that if they trash it in a couple years I won’t mind replacing it. The bed extension pulls out easily, and the storage in the chaise is a nice touch. It only took me about 30 minutes to put together. Just be aware that it comes in 3 boxes and they may not all arrive on the same day. We had a 2-3 day delay on the last box.

It's a small couch, so great for RVs or small apartments. Easily fits together. There are gaps in the back supports, at first I didn't like this, but it allows easy access to the outlet behind the couch. Very firm seating. Would not be good to use to sleep on regularly. Love the storage under the chaise. Not good for large adults. The shelf on the side was disappointing as it's only tall and deep enough for blue ray size.

Positives - the color was what I expected. The fabric is soft. It got here a week early. Now the reasons NOT to buy. The couch is held together by sliding tracks into each other. The tracks don’t line up well and it’s really hard to put it together. The L portion is like sitting on a rock. It is not comfortable at all. The back of the couch is three separate thin pieces. I’m 5’7” and 130 lbs and I’m worry when I sit against it that the panel is going to break - thin, separate pieces, held to the couch by small metal tracks. One of the back panels’ tracks do not line up with the tracks on the base of the couch, so now a third of my couch has no back to it. I don’t know what to do to fix this issue. The sofa bed portion is really hard to pull out, it’s cheap and flimsy hardware holding it together, you can’t just pull the straps to make it a ‘bed’. You have to very carefully roll the bottom portion out, loft the straps so the inner section raises up, and then grab it from the back side of that inner section and wiggle until you find the sweet spot of getting the portion to raise up and be level with the rest of the couch. Also, don’t plan on ever actually sleeping on it, it’s too short for me to stretch out on, so maybe if you’re 5’5” or under. I’m so frustrated. I spent months looking for a new couch and finally picked this one and I am instantly regretting my purchase. I’m hoping I can return it since there’s a 3rd of it that I can’t sit on. But then I’ll have no couch at all as I look for a replacement!
