We had a quote for custom blinds for our half-circle window and it was hundreds of $$$s. I started looking into DIY solutions and ran into this and love it! Its a bit flimsy and had to tape the top so it wouldn't fall forward (used double-sided tape. It's easy to install and the room immediately looked a bit darker even though it's somewhat thin. It does block the sun somewhat, but it's great for the price. I could install 2 back-to-back to block more sun and it'll still be a good price. There is room in the window for 2 shades, but don't think we'll do that just now. ... show more

The instructions were clear, easy to follow. Installing it was quick and the adhesive sticks well. Shape is accurate, and color is paper bag brown like the picture on the vendor's page. Unfortunately, I had to cut of nearly 8 inches to make it fit my crescent window, so it doesn't feel like good value for money. That's my only reason for not giving a 5star rating. The large window 🪟 is Arched & up high… thought me and my husband could do it! So far, Not🤨 Needs to be cut for the custom size AND…looks easier in the 7 or so VIDS I watched 👀 Anyway…blame it on our age 50%😅not so easy for us seniors! Will come back to it & let you know! HOW WILL I KEEP IT UP THERE…? Tape will fade in sun & moisture… 🧐 ideas appreciated ... show more

Awesome item that does what we wanted it to do. Stop us from being blinded by the setting sun when watching TV. Easy to trim, ignore the right side where it just needs a little more trimming off to fit the space. Got the window shade up perfectly. Removed the tape so it would stick at the bottom. But there was nothing holding the top of the shade in place and within a few mins of being installed, the top of the shade came down pulling the rest of the shade to the ground. It was ruined. All twisted up.
