This Redchef nonstick pan set has been a real win in my kitchen. The three sizes are perfect for everyday cooking, and I was especially glad they came with lids, something that’s surprisingly hard to find in sets like this. The pans feel solid and well-made, not lightweight or flimsy. Cooking results have been excellent, with even heat distribution and absolutely no sticking. I’ve only made chicken so far, but I can tell these will handle anything from sautéed veggies to eggs with no problem. I’ve been handwashing them to make sure they last, even though they’re technically dishwasher safe. So far, I’m really impressed with the performance and overall feel.

I was so excited to get this pan set by Redchef. As soon as you open the box you can tell these are going to be good quality. Every single pan and lid comes in its own non woven fabric protective bag. This set comes with three pans measuring 8 inches, 9.5 inches, and 11 inches in size, and matching lids for each one. The fact they all have a matching lid is so nice, because it seems nowadays that isn’t as common. When taking them out of the box you immediately can tell they are a very nice pan set. They are not very heavy since they are made from aluminum with ceramic coating. Despite that, they still feel really durable. The pans are made with a mineral based coating and are free from harmful chemicals being made without PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium. I absolutely love the color of these. The bottom/outside is an off white color with the inside of the pan being a beige/cement color. They truly are beautiful. The pans have thick stainless steel handles with two small rivets connecting them to the pan. The lids are made from glass with a stainless steel knob on the top and a vent to reduce pressure buildup. On the bottom of these pans is a really nice textured design that helps with heat distribution. There are good detailed instructions that come with the pans. The instructions very clearly explain how to season the pans before use by first washing them and drying them, placing oil in the pan and heating until it smoke appears, let them cool down to room temperature, then wash and dry again. This is to maintain the nonstick performance. Right away though you can feel the nonstick coating on the pans when washing them. The sponge glides across the pan effortlessly. When using these for the first time on a gas stove to cook the food slid around in the pan while cooking, and right out of the pan onto the plate. There were no burn marks on the bottom afterwards either. The heat was distributed evenly throughout the whole pan and the chicken came out perfect. Cleaning them is very easy and everything wiped out with no effort at all. The description does say these are safe to use with metal utensils and in the oven up to 845°, but I have yet to try either one. I can’t speak to the longevity of the non-stick and the ceramic coating yet, but so far they have performed wonderfully. I will update this review if having any issues. Overall I’m very happy with these pan set and think they are very nice for the price. I already plan on buying the matching 14 piece set by Redchef to complete my kitchen. I’m in love with my new pan set and 100% recommend it.

These pans are a welcome addition to our kitchen. not only do they look amazing they are also feel like excellent quality overall. The finish on these has proven to be much easer and forgiving than the stainless steels pans we had been using. The way sticky items glide right off and nothing sticks make morning eggs not a chore anymore. The non-sick nature of this makes cleanup super easy requiring virtually no elbow grease. Durability has yet to be seen but just by feeling the materials I would say as long as you are kind with the surface and don't use metal utensils this should last a long time and look great doing it.

These pans worked well while cooking. There was no sticking or burning, and food cooked evenly. They’re easy to clean and nest inside each other nicely for storage, which I really liked. However, after just one use, one pan developed a large brown mark that looked like it had burned. I’m not sure if the non-stick coating can actually melt, but this raised some concerns about their long-term durability. For now, I’m unsure if they offer good value if they don’t hold up past the first use.

I’ve been living on my own for 10 years and I love cooking. I have tried to find good quality pans I can afford, and every set I’ve had eventually turns to crap. Stainless steel, nonstick have both failed me . I like cast iron but things do stick and it doesn’t work great for everything. I’ve used the redchef pans a few times now and I’m very impressed. Nothing sticks at all. The pans are nice quality , beautiful in appearance, and lightweight . I overfilled the pan with breaded chicken and wanted to see how it was cook. I was surprised to see how evenly it cooked (I used the lid on). Pieces in the middle were only slightly warmer than those on the outside of the pan (I had a thermometer). Normally I like to sauce my breaded chicken but have to do so in a separate bowl or it burns and stocks terribly to whatever pan I use. I did my sauce in this pan, and still nothing stuck!! I’ll have to see how these hold up over the long term but so far I’m impressed. I’m also very happy that they are free of harmful forever chemicals. I have been slowly trying to move my kitchen over to cleaner tools. I will update if anything goes wrong with these pans . I’ve never had ceramic before and I think it must be the way to go.
