Does exactly what it says- it’s a waterproof tarp. Could probably be a little lighter , but it’s huge, and at this price i really can’t complain. I used to to make a shelter camping one night, and then used it to cover up a window that was smashed on my car. It rained heavily while the tarp was covering my window and the inside of the tarp was bone dry, so it’s definitely waterproof. All the grommets were nice for constructions a shelter.
