Should have returned it from the onset, sloppy plastic that has never held it's shape. Has not held it's form from the beginning. Shame, I was hoping for a product like it has prior. I will go back to Awning Pro-Tec, always held it's shape.

    • It can do the job.
I guess it does the job. Don’t drive with it. If one segment blows off, you must purchase another whole set…..my fault, of course. Very expensive for what it is. Plastic clamp on device that takes the sun beating instead of the awning. However, the last inch or two of the rolled up awning that is attached to the RV is still exposed to the elements. Must lay a protective barrier in the exposed space. I lay a 2” x 2” piece of lumber the length of the awning in the gap to protect the exposed fabric. The product clamps securely when new; after a few months of AZ sun, it loosens significantly and will slide easily. This product is better than having nothing protecting your stored awning. 3 of 5 pts is my rating. ... show more
