DO NOT BUY. Microwave is underpowered -- can't even properly pop a normal bag of popcorn. Convection oven barley works. "Grill" can't brown a single side of bread after 15 min. Simply dried it out. And, yes, I'm using it correctly. Problem, is, I don't know what other product that fits the same space that will also give you convection, etc., to recommend. The oven arrived very late due to weather and UPS poor delivery service. The packaging is sub par. The instruction sheat does not match this oven and all the items on the item list are not there. It list 4 screws to attach the face plate to oven and there were none. It list six screws to assemble the face plate which comes as one piece. They need to correct their instruction sheet. The oven looks well made and I can only hope it holds up. I installed the oven it took less than 1/2 hour. It fit perfect in the OEM cutout I only had to lower the base 1/2" from the original oven due to the ducting for the vent on the bottom of this oven. I purchased black #8 1 1/4" square drive screws to attach the faceplate to the cabinet. The holes no longer aligned with the OEM face plate because it was 1/2" higher in the cabinet. The original holes are hidden by the faceplate. It looks like it came with the motorhome. I now hope it last longer than the original oven. ... show more

Unboxed first microwave oven and the door opening mechanism did not work. Amazon immediately sent me a replacement microwave oven and told me to keep the first one. Unboxed the second microwave oven and the door opening mechanism did not work on this one either. I unscrewed the metal case of the microwave to see inside. Discovered a part of the lever mechanism was missing. In the photo, you can see the little plungers pushing out against nothing. Found the missing part online. Read other reviews for this microwave and quickly found at least 10 that reported inoperative door buttons. The manufacturer has a serious problem when they ship these with parts missing. Two stars only because I got two microwave ovens for the price of one. ... show more
