We are full time Rv'ers We purchased this micro/convection oven back in November 2019. My wife still cooks every day. The convection oven does a great job!! Much better than the standard RV gas Stove. The Grill feature is also awesome. 11 minutes both sides for Perfect Grilled Cheese Sandwich's. Well, this past Tuesday, 8-4-20, for some unknown reason our oven just stopped working. No fuses or breakers tripped, just stopped working. I called RecPro. I got a wonderful young lady who listened to my story and asked about our purchase date. She put me on a brief hold, (less than 2 minutes) then came back with a very happy voice and said, Mr. D your all set, we are shipping you out a new one tomorrow morning. She verified our new address, phone and email. The next day I got an email with my shipping and tracking info. My new one came today via FedEx. 4 days!!! What a GREAT GREAT Company. RecPro was the only RV microwave/convection oven available that could replace my burned out Sharp Carousel (original install), based on dementions and grill size. This one is slightly larger. Instalation required modifications to the rear of the microwave removable ducting, to allow fiting to our Coach House cabinet, which is angled at the rear. This modification required some metal smithing, and custom rubber support gromits. The finished install looks better than the original Sharp...easier buttonology, slightly larger cooking area. Matches RVs interior. Happy with the install. *RecPro tech support, very easy to work with, very understanding, great recommendation for the install. ... show more

Easy install into my existing cabinet. Plug and play once the wood screws were in place. Interior compartment a little smaller than I perceived from photos, but not a deal breaker. This replaces a 2007 Half Time Oven in my RV. The space isn't exact, so I need an extra piece of trim for about a 3" gap at top. Simple to do. Oven works well after three days. It is not at all intuitive, so keep that owner manual close for a while. ... show more

I was very pleased with this unit starting with the unboxing. It was well packaged and arrived in unblemished condition. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bulk of assembly was done in the factory. All I had to do was put on the outer trim and slide it into the opening where my old microwave had been. The fit is exactly what the measurements say, so it was a close fit and took two of us to hold it in place, get it plugged in and slid back into the cabinet, Less than ten minutes including attaching the faceplate. Then put in the six screw to hold it in place. We have used the microwave and convection so far and both worked flawlessly. Have not yet tried the grill feature. It perfectly replaced the unit that came in the rv, and as you can tell I am very happy with it. ... show more

Let me start by saying, this is not necessarily a reflection on Rec-pro. (i would give negative stars if possible) Although the product did have a issue, I think it more reflects poorly on Amazon. I ordered the first of two microwaves. Received it in reasonable time frame. After getting it installed in my rv, tried opening the door, nope, defective. After receiving a replacement(and having to hassle sending the first one back) Opened the box tried the door on it...nope defective. After ordering the 3rd one from another retailer(not Amazon) I could see that the 2 I received from Amazon had been re-packaged. They had apparently been returned for being defective, and sent to me. The third one I received, the box was in almost perfect condition. ( the boxes from Amazon were beat to hell) And packaged better. Needless to say, it worked the way it was supposed to. I forgot to mention, it was $20 cheaper than Amazon as well. Makes me question doing business with Amazon. ... show more

I bought in 2023 the light went out at two year mark, and last week it stopped working all together. I read some other reviews, I decided I will buy a new one just another brand.
