The chair overall is a Nice chair, But the quality is not worth the Price they are asking , the other chair that looks exactly like this one but cheaper, must have a Cheaper cover, and that is difference , But since I have had this chair, the staples that hold it together have been popping off and I have had to staple some new ones in place to hold the material to the foot rest. The concept of better material is Nice but at least have someone install it correctly so chair would last more than a few weeks without falling apart. ... show more

Wish there were an American produced chair that fits the small space in my trailer but this is all that is available. The chairs arrived in good condition but once I tried to use them the manufacturing and design problems were obvious. The foot rest won't support your legs and once you settle in, it goes back to the closed position. 2 springs are the only thing that keeps the rest in the open position with no lock or other support. I turned it upside down to investigate and saw that the foot rest control cable is fed out of a hole in the frame and is bent a hard 90 degrees before going into the foot rest locking latch. They then wrap a thin piece of wire to secure it. I added a steel bracket to each chair and fed the cable through to give it a straight pull. If you're able and willing to do a little tweaking to get the chairs operational then I say buy it. Not looking forward to what else might be in store... I give it 5 stars for appearance but a 2- for functionality. ... show more

My wife and I pulled the couch and J-couch out of our motorhome in favor of a couple of chairs. I was looking high and low for a lightweight swivel recliner. I FINALLY found this one that fits the bill perfectly. Quite comfortable (ended up taking my first unintended nap in it within the first day). The chairs fit and finish was fine. It appears to be a well-made product. Buying a bulky item online is always a concern. Who wants to try to repack and return something like this? Thankfully, it arrived without any damage (well protected) and works as expected. Assembly was a snap . . . or, more correctly, a couple of nuts and bolts. Very happy with it. ... show more

Make sure you plan on keeping the furniture that you purchase. A hard lesson for me to learn. I returned the chair recliner due to not being as comfortable as stated. I had to pay over a $100 to ship it back. No chair minus $100. Just don’t want anyone purchasing items and making the same mistake I did!!!! ... show more

The chair arrived in a box, and it must have been too heavy for the FedEx driver because a main screw had snapped that holds the seat to the base, thus rendering it not usable upon arrival. Husband can fix almost anything, or try and rig something to make it right, but in this case he searched in every hardware store of our small town and could not match the bolt caliper or thread. I wrote to the company about the issue. While they never replied to my email, about two weeks later an envelope arrived with the screw and an assembly kit. In the meantime, my husband had gone to the local Autozone and was able to match the bolt up. At least the company stood by their product and sent me a remedy so the chair didn't need to be returned. It's a nice chair, fairly comfy. Not a secure or stableness, as I think it wobbles a bit. I'm 5'9 and almost too tall for it. But it looks great in the living room and works well for small spaces. The design, color, and material are very nice, and the cushions on the arms are very soft to touch. I'd recommend buying it again. ... show more

The color says putty and shows as gray in the picture but in reality it leans toward green rather than gray. You can see by the picture all the gray in the room compared to the chair. Definitely leans toward green. I missed it but you can order a swatch before you order the chair so be sure to do that first before you order or it will cost you an arm and a leg to return the chair. They are a third party company and you have to pay for postage yourself to return. The rep for the company was very nice but said they could not help me with the postage even if I wanted to order another color which I get as I could have ordered a swatch. It wouldn't have worked even if it had been actually gray and not so green though because we are a tall family. If you are over 5'6" this chair is not for you. Your feet will hang over and it feels like the bottom will break. It's also harder to get out of if you are taller. However, if you are 5'5" or under it's comfortable. Would definitely not purchase again for our family though as we are too tall at 5'8" and over. (See picture, I'm 5'8" and you can see the footrest dips down and my feet hang over. That is in full recline and feels like the seat isn't long enough either when you recline in it.) Would be helpful if the company put a height restriction in their description. Can't really understand the size of the chair unless you sit in it. Gave this chair to a petite relative and she loves it though. ... show more

This chair is comfy but smaller than described on the listing. However, when trying to return it, they informed me it would cost $85 to return which is quite a bit of money. Make sure you REALLY want this chair if you buy it, otherwise you will get screwed on return shipping costs. I ended up keeping it because I did not want to lose $85 ... show more
