I diligently used ioRinse twice a day, noticed the pain when flossing go away, and in three weeks, when I went for my deep clean, the dentist said she was befuddled - my gums had gone from having several 4 mm pockets + one or two 5 mm pockets to having only a couple 4 mm pockets. My teeth so far feels cleaner - my dentist recommended this, told him I would try this and he will check at next exam/cleaning in 5 months. So far so good. Warning: If you use a mouth guard for teeth grinding - do not use this to soak - it will turn the plastic guard to brown color - then, you'll need to soak it in water for a day, it does eventually get back to the way it was, but gave me quite a scare. ... show more

I really like this mouth wash. The iodine has really made a difference on my gums. I was starting to get a sore throat at one time and started gargling with it a couple of times a day and within a day my sore throat was completely gone.

You can definitely taste the iodine, but super effective mouth rinse. Helped calm my angry gums when my recurring issues kick up. Will keep using to hopefully prevent them from getting so irritated in the future.
