The molding/shipping process was super simple and their customer service was great to work with and kept me updated in the process. It took about 3 weeks to get my partial back after shipping off my molds. The fit was surprisingly natural-looking, and once I followed the instructions, it blended in really well with my other teeth. The process is not the easiest, but it’s doable and will save your life. After I start doing the molds I understood why they send so many of them. Because it’ll take a few times for you to finally do it correctly, if you get it the first try, consider yourself a PRO. Once you finish each one, you’ll have to send a picture to the lab and they’ll approve it or not. Very quick response. Once it’s approved, you’ll put it back in the box, label it and send it to the lab. The whole process takes about a month or so, and it’s painful to wait when you don’t have a tooth, specially a front one. But it’ll save your life. Looks very decent, fits so perfectly that I never have to use any kinds of glue, and for the price I highly recommend.

-1 Star I would not recommend this tooth replacement kit at all. The sizing is completely off — the tooth is way too big and looks extremely cheap and unrealistic. There’s no way to get a natural-looking fit with what they provide. They send you an at-home impression kit, which is expected for something like this, but the execution is terrible. The instructions are unclear and poorly written, making it hard to feel confident you’re even doing it correctly. Then they “approve” your impression based on a photo, which doesn’t seem like a reliable way to ensure accuracy for something that’s supposed to be custom. Clearly, the process is flawed because the final result does not match properly at all. On top of that, the entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. Shipping took almost a month and a half, which is already frustrating, but what’s worse is that the return window closes before you even receive the product. That means you don’t actually get a fair chance to try it, evaluate it, or give proper feedback. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. It’s extremely difficult to get any real help or resolution once you realize the product isn’t right. Between the poor quality, incorrect sizing, confusing impression process, and unfair return policy, this product is not worth it. Save yourself the hassle and don’t buy this.

I could not be more please with this removable denture. I had some mouth trauma which resulted in three of my four lower front teeth becoming a little loose but stable. However, the forth one was beyond saving and about six months later fell out. Being without dental benefits, I decided to roll the dice and give this a try and I am so glad that I did. To fully explain the process, after you place your order you'll receive the impression kit in the mail. It comes with small, medium, and large plates to accommodate different mouth sizes. Mix up the small bag of impression material with the measured amount of water, apply the material to the tray, and carefully follow the directions to make your impressions. This was particularly important on the top impression as that one took me a few tries, but they provided plenty of extra material for do-overs. Once your impressions are done, take photos per the instructions and send them in to the seller. Within about fifteen minutes they responded, then continued to work with me and provide guidance on the one that I needed to redo. After the images were approved, they provided a shipping label which I placed onto the original packaging, taped everything together, and dropped it off at a local shipping store. The wait was within their estimated time frame of around three weeks from when I shipped it to when I had the new one. About two days before it was delivered, I received tracking information and confirmation that it was on its way. When it arrived, it came with both the denture in a sealed package and the protective case. I washed the appliance, popped it on, and was so thrilled at how well it fit. My wife could not believe it and said that there was no way anyone would know if I did not tell them. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has lost a tooth and is unable to seek traditional dental care or does not have adequate insurance. Very pleased!

this was the easiest and by far less expensive tooth replacement I have done. In the first pic there are two replacements, one of top front & lower back molar. the second pic is of new smile without missing tooth. third pic is of $1,000 tooth from dentist vs $150 tooth from you, as you can see the one from the dentist is not only much more expensive, larger & more intrusive, but you sent wonderful cases to keep them in. I had 2 of each made & delighted to have them! Your techs were patient and most helpful to work with while making the impressions! thank for your great work!
