It smells and tastes good, but you do need to know it does not foam up and it does not taste like regular toothpaste! It's very salty, but it works sooo good. Great value for the cost, I got two in this set, and it lasts longer than a tube of toothpaste because you don't have to use as much each time you brush. This is the best toothpaste known to man. I promise you, your teeth have never felt this clean before. Start with a tiny tiny bit though because the mint is strong. We’ve been using this for over five years and every time we try to switch we go right back. If you don’t like dipping your toothbrush in it, use a qtip. Initially liked this tooth paste. Tastes good and cleans very well. The container lasted quite awhile with just me using it daily. However, after a month or so I realized the clay was clogging my sink drain. Great product but had to switch to something else to save the pipes.

I love this toothpaste! I’ve been using it for a couple months now and have recommended it countless other people. It’s pretty salty and minty so it took a little bit to get used to it compared to a normal toothpaste which is sweeter. This toothpaste makes my teeth feel super clean, has helped with my teeth sensitivity, and has made my teeth look a lot whiter. I love the way my teeth feel after this. This smells awesome! It is a thick, clay-like toothpaste with essential oils and minerals. It has no fluoride (bonus!) And no foaming agents. Just pure ingredients. My jars arrived a bit messy but it was easy cleanup. I was too anxious to try this so I tore into this right away and brushed with my manual toothbrush from this trial. Generally I use my electric one. It is more than mildly tasting of peppermint, which I have no problem with. It is not gritty, which I half-way expected. It is really thick but mixes easily with saliva when brushing. I have to say, for the most part, my teeth feel like I just had them cleaned at the dentist office, which I do regularly. I didn't notice any sensitivity to the product and can't say about the whitening yet since this was my first time using it. All-in-all, I would encourage you to get this and give it a try. It is super strong, so if you’re just starting to use it put less on your toothbrush and work your way up. You also don’t need much for it to work. I’ve been using this for 6 weeks and the difference it’s made has been amazing. It really does work like they say it does. I use a round head spinning toothbrush. I decided to really work this process and see how it went. I took my time and made sure to hit each tooth, especially in between where the tartar builds up. It sounds a little goofy but I paid attention to each tooth. It has paid off, big time. I am amazed and so extremely pleased with the results. My teeth never feel like they’ve been scraped or leaves my gums sore. The tartar is gone. My teeth are continuing to lighten and they are brighter. Really good stuff and worth the cost. To say it is an acquired taste might be an understatement. It took me a minute to get used to it and I drink some rather noxious herbal teas. But hang in there . It’s worth it.
