The gold metal band is my favorite for the office. The silicone one is for when I run or go to the gym. There's also a soft nylon one that I use for sleeping because it's lighter. Changing them takes maybe 10 seconds. Step tracking seems accurate compared to my phone. Sleep monitor caught that I toss and turn a lot – no surprise there. The 110 sport modes are overkill for me because I just walk, run, and do yoga. But it's nice to have options I guess. Pairing with my Android phone took two minutes.
