    • Highly effective irritation pain relief

Unfortunately, I am extremely prone to canker cores, in every part of my mouth (along the gumline, tongue, on the inside of cheeks and lips). I get them at a minimum, monthly as they appear in sync with my hormonal cycle. I also get them with any sort of mouth trauma, such as getting hit in the face/mouth with something, biting my cheek/tongue, eating sharp foods, etc. Sometimes they are mild, sometimes quite severe. A canker sore on the inside of my cheek is what motivated me to try these. It appeared right where my bite is resulting in a severe sore with significant irritation and pain to the point that I have been struggling to sleep. I have used every canker sore product under the sun. Other patches I have used I've found to be bulky and irritating due to the medication. I am so relieved to have found this product. It provides the perfect barrier which results in instant pain relief. I was able to use my HSA to pay for these, so while they do feel a bit pricy, it's not so bad, especially considering the effectiveness of them. The product itself is very slim, like a transparent sticker, which is basically what it is. The texture is smooth, so it does feel like having a sticker in my mouth, however, it does adhere very well and stays in place. I used the directions on the box along with recommendations of other reviewers in that I rinsed with a peroxyl mouthwash prior to use and then patted the area dry before placing. You just stick it right on the affected area and press for 4 seconds. Easy peasy. There was no pain with placement other than the physical touch of pressing to adhere. It is non-medicated but the box says it does have vitamin E to promote healing. I'm not sure how well these would work on the tongue or in spots where the patch can't lie flat, as I haven't attempted to use them on one like that, yet but... It is such a simple but effective product. I find its relief to be far superior to oral numbing gels since those just temporarily numb the area, and don't prevent further rubbing or irritation. Highly recommend trying this product, especially if you have a sore in a place that is particular susceptible to regular irritants. ... show more

I got this for my teen son's wisdom teeth which have been hurting him pretty bad of late. They are due to be taken out soon. He said it has been working pretty well and is highly effective for a good, decent amount of time. This can be a God send when the pain seems never ending. He puts some on his teeth and it immediately goes to work to ease the pain. It doesn't cause any skin irritation, and adheres pretty well to his gums. It doesn't slip off easy, and stays on for a good amount of time. The texture is OK in his words and hasn't seemed to bother him. It is very portable product and can almost anywhere. It can be slipped in his backpack, my purse, the glove compartment , or even his pocket. Just about anywhere as it is small in size and pretty much inconspicuous. I keep one in a few places for him. Like his bedroom. The bathroom. His backpack, and the car. He is 18 and graduation high school soon. This product has helped him concentrate more on his final classes and to work on his graduation. I hate to see my son in pain and glad I found this. A temporary solution while working on getting an appointing for wisdom teeth removal. It is a great value for the money. A decent price and it works better than even cheaper priced ones or fancy named brand ones.. fThis is a very good priced valued product and worth buying. I ended up coming back buying more for emergencies. A life saver for me to assist my son in taking some of his pain away. And teeth pain can be one of the worst pain ever. I like mint flavor stuff so I’m glad I got this I could even use a qtip just got to pour a little, wish I had a bottle of this stuff it work fast. Yes it sting a little but maybe 20 seconds in it works and numbs u all up so u can talk n eat 10/10 definitely got to buy more or just the bottle lol

I have found this product very helpful in managing the pain I have for a toothache. I don't have a dentist appointment for several days, and I think this will help me manage things until then. This is the first product that has helped me apply benzocaine very precisely where I need it. I love the tiny applicator heads and the ability to reach back to the tooth and gum area that is affected. While there is a mild mint taste, it is not overpowering. EDIT & Update 5/10/26: I ended up buying some more on Amazon as I could not find this locally, and the expiration dates were finally fine. Not sure why I got 2 boxes in a row that were already expired, and to be clear, they were fine too, I used them with no issues as I was in so much pain I had no other choice. BUYER BEWARE!!! I would try to buy these from the store where you can check the expiration dates! Between my wife and I, we have purchased two of these in the last 2 weeks as I've been in serious dental pain that can't be addressed until the antibiotics have run their course. She bought one kit October 8th 2025 and then I, thinking NO WAY they would send a second expired kit bought a second kit on October 13th along with several other dental kits to see which would be most effective. The one's I would recommend are: HurriCaine: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00S0RLPG8 and Benzodent: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MTDQXM5 Unfortunately, while DenTek is good product when it is not expired once it is or once its been opened, I've noticed it rapidly loses strength. I do love their applicators they come with as they are much better than using your finger or a Q-Tip. But again, not when its an expired product. I hadn't thought much improvement in how you apply your benzocaine was necessary or possible..surely a Qtip was sufficient? Then I gave these little applicator tips a chance. Qtips are big, imprecise and soak up too much, and this solves all of that! It's so precise, you can get it exactly where you need it and not all over your whole mouth. These would be great for braces irritation, canker sores and bit cheeks. The liquid should last forever because you hardly need to use any. I'm a big fan! ... show more

This product works well for temporary relief when you're dealing with a toothache. It helped numb the pain quickly and made it much more manageable until I could get professional care.
