Not sure if it is a "True 8 gauge" but close enough for my application. This kit was a very good value for the money and made installation easy. I am not a pro but have done plenty of installations on my own vehicles and would recommend this kit for a similar application.

For smaller class D amps, this kit is the best option. It is 99+% copper which is very important. Don't cheap out on your amp kit. If your amp can run on 8 gauge wire, buy this kit. Everything in this kit is high quality with every little terminal, connector, zip tie you need. This worked perfectly for me when installing a 400W RMS class D mono amp for a 12" subwoofer in my Hyundai.

Everything seemed to be good quality and it’s been working great for a couple months now. For the price this is a great kit. The one thing that bugged me is that the main power wire was about a foot or two short to route how I would have liked into the trunk of my Cherokee xj. I ended up having to go under one of the sheets instead of through the dash to make it work.

Ordered this kit as a result of a friends research and prior use. I can say without hesitation that this kit was just what the doctor requested for mobile audio installations. I used this kit in a mobile installation on a Harley Davidson Road King and it did not disappoint. All boxes were checked off as a recommended product when sound playback was evaluated vs cost. I highly recommend.

Recoil Rocks! This amp kit is 100% copper, not that CCA garbage. I would buy this again. Remember 100% copper conducts way better than aluminum. CCA kits are mostly aluminum which this kit is not! This kit is 100% copper and I would buy this kit again. Recoil has a new returning customer!

Install went great. Cables sem quality. I like the quality of the RCAs. I didn't want something too cheap while not overpaying. This amp kit seems to have hit the mark.
