I discovered that I needed the shorter cylinder and since my office is carpeted, I think the other wheels will work better. Comfort and versatility with genuinely soft leather. The footrest DOES extend fully when you recline back (contrary to some reviews that claim otherwise), and I love having multiple seating options throughout the day -Wide enough to sit cross-legged, upright with feet on the footrest or not, or fully extended with legs out while maintaining excellent back and neck support or just good posture no foot rest with my feet on the ground and back straight. The ability to recline in comfort during office breaks was the deciding factor for me. Not as sturdy as other office chairs I've had, but it's certainly not flimsy.

I bought this chair for my husband. It is very comfortable, supportive, large but not bulky. The reclining position with footstool is a cool feature and very comfortable. The footstool tucks neatly under the chair when not in use. Putting it together was easy—I did it by myself. I took off one star because the box it was delivered in was badly beaten up and taped. It made me wonder if the chair had been returned previously. One of the armrest holes (where the screw goes through) was noticeable bent. I was able to make it work and put the screw through, so I kept the chair because it was Father’s Day weekend and I was looking forward to surprising my husband. My husband likes the appearance of the chair and finds it very comfortable. The chair is a great product, but it needs to be packaged better to protect it during delivery.

This chair uses durable materials that justifies the price point. Got a good deal during Prime Days but still pricey. However, I am glad about my decision to purchase. Assembly was pretty simple and very fast. Did have trouble with the screws but as another reviewer mentioned laying the chair back some, solved the problem. Haven't worked in it all day but can tell this will provide the support and comfort I've desired for years, working remotely. Unlike other chairs I can lean against the back and have the support I need. Lastly I purchased cream and it is gorgeous. I do have some concern about the arms, hoping they hold up without any cracking or ripping. I will update should this ever become an issue.

Nice chair and relatively easy to put together; as noted by another reviewer, on arm was twisted enough to make screwing it to the chair a challenge. Two of us were needed to twist the arm enough for the other to get the screw through and secured. I do like the footrest and lay back features, but my one complaint would be the lack of a decent lumbar padding. I'm purchasing a lumbar pillow and keeping the chair. I love the look of it.

This is an incredibly comfortable chair. It seems fairly stoutly built minus the arms which aren't bad either. They are just not as durable seeming compared to the chair itself. I did end up passing this on to a relative but that was due to personal preference and needs on my part. I prefer to sit bolt upright when working at my desk and since a tailbone injury it is a bit necessary to as well. This chair is better suited for someone that likes to be sitting in a more relaxed position. The seat cushion setup is biased to that also so it wasn't super comfortable to sit like I want to. That being said when I did sit with my back touching the backrest it was probably the most comfortable office chair I have sat on. It totally felt similar to sitting in a living room recliner. The controls are easy and simple. Deploying the footrest was super easy and it seemed sturdier than most I have seen and experienced. Assembly was insanely easy if a bit different. The back slides on to some tabs on the seat. It seemed a lot like the design of the frame was based on automotive seating, bucket seats to be precise. If it were not for the maximum upright angle being a bit less than I wanted, it would have been a keeper. It was nice enough I actually contemplated getting extremely creative to modify it. In the end I decided it wasn't worth the trouble since it was going to probably involve welding which one could possibly do since the frame is metal. At least it is metal where I could see.

Pleasantly surprised! This chair is soft, a perfect size for shorter people and looks great! I was skeptical about the material not being real leather but it's more comfortable than I expected. Extending the foot rest is a little cumbersome but still doable. Putting it together was so easy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a cushy chair for shorter people (I'm 5-2" and my feet rest flat on the floor!).
