I am really impressed with the quality of the chair. It was easy to put together. I discovered that I needed the shorter cylinder and since my office is carpeted, I think the other wheels will work better. I emailed as suggested on the inner instructions and they were sent right away. They just arrived today and I’m excited for my husband to switch the cylinder and wheels. The seat are very comfortable. I love the back of the chair and how it cradles my back. After two back surgeries this was a big selling point. First of all, the assembly was a breeze. This is an incredibly comfortable chair. It seems fairly stoutly built minus the arms which aren't bad either. They are just not as durable seeming compared to the chair itself. I did end up passing this on to a relative but that was due to personal preference and needs on my part. I prefer to sit bolt upright when working at my desk and since a tailbone injury it is a bit necessary to as well. This chair is better suited for someone that likes to be sitting in a more relaxed position. The seat cushion setup is biased to that also so it wasn't super comfortable to sit like I want to. That being said when I did sit with my back touching the backrest it was probably the most comfortable office chair I have sat on. It totally felt similar to sitting in a living room recliner. The controls are easy and simple. Deploying the footrest was super easy and it seemed sturdier than most I have seen and experienced. Assembly was insanely easy if a bit different. The back slides on to some tabs on the seat. It seemed a lot like the design of the frame was based on automotive seating, bucket seats to be precise. If it were not for the maximum upright angle being a bit less than I wanted, it would have been a keeper. It was nice enough I actually contemplated getting extremely creative to modify it. In the end I decided it wasn't worth the trouble since it was going to probably involve welding which one could possibly do since the frame is metal. At least it is metal where I could see.

Received my OKUP office chair today and am very happy how quickly it shipped and was received. Placed order on Sunday, shipped via FedEx on Monday and arrived today Thursday. The box is fairly large and actually heavier than I expected. Luckily I could roll the box up my front stairs without much hassle but be prepared to move a heavy box. The chair is shipped in three main sections. Seat assembly, back assembly, the base spider and a hardware package. Suffice it to say it is very easy to assemble and only takes 20 mins or so. It would be helpful to have a second pair of hands to assist the assembly. Let me start by saying I chose this chair because of the features. The angle the back reclines @ 160 degrees, the infinite angle adjustability of the seat back, pullout foot rest, heavy duty base spider and overall appearance. Many chairs recline but only to 135 degrees. 160 degrees allows you to virtually lie flat. Reclining is via a level which releases the back to recline to any angle you want. Releasing the lever locks the back in place. Pull the lever again and the back springs back up to vertical position via a gas strut. Nice!. Other chairs have a fixed number of angular increments of recline. Many chairs have light duty stamped / welded steel base spider versus the heavy duty T section 5 foot spider base here. And this chair looks great. The upholstery is clean and not only done with crazy styling. Price is good for the features you get. It is super comfy and fairly supportive in the seat, lumbar and head. The seat can also be shifted forward to give those with longer legs greater thigh support. That being said there is some room for improvement. The swivel casters are smallish and a harder rubberized plastic but functioned adequately. I swapped with a set of high quality rubber tire caster which is silent and swivels super smooth instead. The faux leather is velvety matte texture which is nice but you stick to the material a bit. I'm used to sitting on an authentic leather chair which you slide and shift around easily. Wonder if the faux leather will be durable on a chair that is sat on and used for 8+ hours a day? The arms are a bit wiggly and move side to side if you place a lot of weight on them. They are rigid enough but I am concerned about their long term durability if not treated carefully Otherwise the chair performs as stated and I am happy so far with it and the price is good for what you get. Very comfy to recline and watch a movie from my desk. Looking forward to share an update when I have lived with this chair for a while UPDATE 10-30-2025 Have been using the chair for a few weeks and here are some thoughts. The PU leather is still comfy but as I said in my original review it is not slick like real leather so to reposition yourself, you have to get up or at least pick yourself up to change position. This requires you put weight on the armrests which I did mention they are a bit wiggly. you this may end up being a long term durability issue. The seat cushion foam padding seems to have a hollow area which I can feel. They probably used different density foam at the cushion perimeter versus the middle of the seat leaving a ridge mu butt can feel. Not a great feeling. Being 5'-8" height I did not feel the need to extent the seat forward. But, I started to feel a lack of lumbar support and my back was sore after sitting for a while. I have a mesh fabric lumbar support that I wanted to use and it actually fit well with the seat extended forward giving more depth for the lumbar support. The pullout foot rests works well for propping up your feet. That's all for now

I actually thought I was buying the M80 so when the box came I was a little disappointed. However, the chair itself is great, sturdy, comfortable and I was able to put it together in under 10 minutes. My only gripe with the chair is that I wish it raised a little higher as I currently have it as far up as it will go and I still feel as though I'm sitting too low to the ground, but I will get used to that.
