The recliner came with a booklet with super easy instructions to follow to assemble it. The recliner came in 3 boxes packages very nicely and each piece was with its own seat to prevent any confusion during assembly. It took me total of an house to assemble. The middle seat of the sofa comes up and can be used as placing food or store TV remote. It has a nice outlet to charge my phone and does charge my phone fast. I really like this Recliner Sofa Set. It is very comfortable and great for relaxing after a long day. The cushions feel soft but also give good support for your back and legs. The 2-tier cushions make the seats feel thick and comfortable without sinking too much. One thing I really love is the hidden spots for storage. Overall, this couch was a great value for the price! It’s super comfy and has held up well with my small kids, which was my main concern. Assembly was fairly straightforward, but the armrest sides were a bit tricky to align and feel slightly unstable at the ends, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The seating works as advertised and looks great in my space. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for plus-size individuals or anyone 5'10” and up. I’m 5'2" and 246 pounds, and while it works for me, the individual seats might not be comfortable or supportive enough for someone larger or taller. We purchased this sofa for our RV. We had to figure out so many other factors than when purchasing for a house. We contacted customer service several times and they were extremely helpful. They even emailed the dimensions of the boxes and the tracking # for all 3 boxes! It took about 1 hr max to setup. You could tell that it is good quality while assembling. It fits perfect in our small space. It has to be about 12 inches from the wall to fully recline. The sofa is so comfortable you forget that your sitting inside an RV. The only challenge you will face is not wanting to get up and get things done because it's that freaking comfortable! The storage under the middle seat is easy to access by lifting up the middle seat. It also works as a table which is great. It was very fast shipping and we received the sofa on time. Customer service even followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy! I never thought we would receive such responsive and caring customer service on Amazon. I'm writing this review on my laptop sitting on the sofa right now. I'm so comfortable I don't even want to get up to go to bed. The color is very close to what you see in the Amazon pictures. The material of the sofa feels very durable and it's very easy to clean. Our kids fight over who gets to sit on the sofa!!! This is a great sofa, very comfortable and solidly made. I'm 6'6 and fit nicely in it without any issue. This was a bit difficult to put together but it was expected seeing as it was 7 boxes. When I eventually need a new one hopefully this one is still available.

The media could not be loaded. You will hear the sound of spring and I can feel the spring. When we first got this couch we were very satisfied and I would have given it five stars. 4 months later, the spring in the backboard of the recliner started clicking and spring back up whenever we touch it or sit back, making tacky spring sound and spring feeling in the middle of our back. We are very disappointed because we didn't pay over $700 just to use the couch only for 4 months until it started breaking apart. It's embarrassing when guests sit on it and it makes this kind of sound and gives the feeling of the spring in the backboard. ... show more
