The back pack is nice and solid. I like the large wheels. They roll smoothly and allow the backpack to be pulled up stairs. There a pouch on the bottom edge that has a cover that pulls out to cover the bottom and wheels when carrying the bag in your back. The bag worked well going through the airport and on and off the plane. The rigid wheels and frame make it a little tight to fit under smaller airline seats (but I did manage on two recent flight on A-320s. It works well for daily commuting use on city sidewalks and metro trains.

Bought for a new middle schooler. Fits EVERYTHING he needs; books, binders, computer, lunch box, etc safely. Great quality! Big wheels make it super easy to go up and down stairs. We also do a lot of travelling and thought this would double perfect for that! Very spacious and durable!

When I opened the package, the little nobs (feet) were just loose in the box. There were no tools to attach and there was nothing indicating assembly was required. So I assume they just fell off. This is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Seems to work fine and stands fine without them. Love it so far.

The media could not be loaded. I’m a RN and wanted to roll my heavy bag to use for work. It has a bottle carrier on both sides. (You just have to unzip the zippers on the sides.) The wheels are big, so it’s easy to roll. It has plenty of storage space and it’s sturdy enough for work. I like everything floral and my uniform is navy blue, so I love the color and designs.

Excellent backpack. The larger wheels make for a smoother roll and can go up stairs. I needed this for work as we have to reserve desks when we come to the office. We have a hybrid model and since I do not have a desk, I still need various papers with my notes, a place for my water bottle/coffee tumbler, pens, notebook, and laptop. I also have a pair of sneaker packed in it if needed. Nice backpack. Highly recommend.

Very sturdy, has enough room for all my computer crap I haul around as a tech. Even have used it for overnight trips, packing a change of clothes and my toiletry pouch as well. Easily handles curbs, or soft ground. Super strong, wears well. Worth it!

I’m going on a cruise and the big wheels and the back pack idea was what sold me, there is a lot of bumps going up the gangway and thought this will be great, in the past i carry a backpack and found it to heavy on my back, so i got this and it looks sturdy, value for money an d will be easy to roll around

Large wheels make it much more useful and stable, especially in snow and slush. They are quiet. Fabric seems to repel water as advertised. I like all the extra features like the built-in wheel cover. Backpack straps are decent. If I use it as a carry-on, they could be helpful. I use it to carry a lot of files, etc. Main compartment easily holds a lot of standard file folders and 2 laptops. The 18” model was perfect. Extra pockets are nice and padded. Only complaint is I wish the main compartment had a bigger zipper so it could open up more. Still very accessible. Would highly recommend.
