I bought this chair in Dec 2024 for my husband who has Parkinsons. In May 2025, it quit working. I checked all the connections & could not find the problem. So I had to contact the manufacturer & they have been wonderful. They sent a new chair bottom PLUS a new chair. Wow!! When the new seat bottom arrived, I replaced the old one. I thought I could still use the old remotes etc, but there must have been a problem with the old power supply transformer, even though the green light was coming on. I had to use the new power supply transformer & now the chair is back is use. My husband is so very happy!!! We are impressed with the way our issue was resolved.

So far this chair has been a God send. I've been diagnosed with several back and knee issues and the chair helps so much. I was very pleasantly surprised how smooth and quiet it is when reclining and lifting. I am also impressed by the look. The material is soft and feels just like leather and although the size is very comfortable, it is not obtrusive. The overall support and comfort is very good although slightly lacking in the lower lumbar but they do include a lumbar pillow. I very much appreciate the heating function although it's not overly powerful. The massage functions are vibrating and seem to be standard across the industry. Assembly was fairly easy with the exception of getting the back on because the brackets did not exactly line up. It did cause some frustration for my son as I was limited help. Overall I am very happy with the initial quality of this purchase and believe I would have paid twice as much at a furniture store. I only hope it holds up well, if not I will update this review.

Purchased this chair in November, 2024 for a very heavy friend of mine. He loves it. However, the right arm pulled loose and broke. Manufacturer was very responsive, asked some questions and sent the replacement arm immediately. Unfortunately, quality is fair but not super strong but getting my friend back in his new chair with their response was a delight. I will reinforce the broken arm if we ever need it!

Very disappointed with this chair. Lower back support is just not there. When in full recline no support for lower back. Yes all the everything powered up ok. Firmness of seat area is very poor at its best. This recliner is not made for bigger man/women. I am 6' 1" and 230 pounds. My legs on the foot area hang over from lower calf area. This chair is made for someone about 5' 6" and 180 lbs. I would return if I could. No boxes. Will never order Recliners online again from Amazon. $ 560 wasted money 3/5 star because delivery was easy and Company was very fair with return

Ive been using this chair for quite a while and absolutely love it. The motor is perfect for a bigger guy like me. I've tried other chairs with lower weight capacities and they wound up destroying my floor. This chair has excellent stability and even though I don't need the functionality to help me get up, it does make cleaning up under the chair an absolute breeze. My only knock on the product is that the "massage" functionality is an absolute gimmick. All it does is provide a slight vibration, and only seems to work well on the bottom. However, the rest of the product is excellent. The cup holders build in are a great benefit and I love the pouches on the sides.

Vendor / advertiser should be penalized. This seller should not be allowed to sell on AMAZON until they make serious corrections to their advertising. Anyone using tis chair for anything besides MEDICAL EXAMS will be GREATLY disappointed. Product measurements are grossly inaccurate. Width and depth of seat measurements are wrong. This was represented as a 'BIG & TALL MAN' chair. When a 5'11" man reclines, his feet and ankles stick out into space @ 1 ft. passed the end of the 'foot rest'. Just not a very good recliner. Feels like you are sitting on a stack of 2X4 lumber with a cheap comforter thrown over it. Yuc!
