While waiting for the chair to arrive, I decided to read what others had to say. I began to think I had made a huge mistake. When the chair arrived I began looking at all the assembly steps and various pieces involved. Wow, can I do this. I got worried about it. I called a friend to help me as two adults were recommended for easier assembly. When we actually got started all the negative reviews ceased to be a concern. Assembly was quite simple in fact. If you read the instructions before you start, pay attention to details, and have patients it goes smoothly. After assembly I found this chair to be very sturdy and comfortable. Some reviews complained about the chair back being stiff and hard. In truth the chair forces you sit with good posture and supports your back very well which is ultimately less fatiguing when sitting for long periods of time.I love the heat and massage functions, and find them very soothing. In my opinion it is a very nice chair for the money. I'm guessing it will be good for several years.

This reclining rocker chair quickly became one of my favorite seats in the house. The first thing I noticed was how soft the leather feels. It’s so comfortable and the stitching gives the chair a really nice look that fits well in the room. I enjoy trying out different home products and electronics, so I always pay attention to features and functionality. The reclining mechanism works smoothly and the 360 rocking motion makes it great for relaxing, watching TV, or just unwinding after a long day. I use it for a smooth rocking with the toddlers. One thing I want to clarify is that the “massage” feature is more of a vibration feature rather than a deep massage. That said, the vibration still feels relaxing and adds a nice comfort element when you’re sitting back and resting. The controls are simple. The chair feels sturdy, the build quality seems solid, and the cushioning is comfortable without being too firm. The side table is a slow charge but if you’re sitting for a hour and half long movie that’s more than enough time to get to full. Overall, if you’re looking for a cozy recliner with soft leather and a gentle vibration feature, this is a great option. It’s truly a nice addition to a living room, office, or media room.

It's a decent option for someone considering a budget friendly recliner with extra features. It took me a bit to assemble it on my own. As others have stated, some of the parts are odd and it takes some patience to put it all together. Overall, it's a good choice. My only real complaint is that mine arrived with a busted zipper on the left arm rest, which results in the cushion constantly sinking into the storage compartment. The "massage" feature is more of a vibration. If you're expecting the massage chair quality for this function, then you'll be disappointed. The heating function works great though.

First off, the design is very modern—the black leather looks sleek and upscale, making it a great addition to my living room. Sitting in it feels incredibly comfortable; the backrest and seat provide just the right amount of support, perfectly relaxing my lower back and spine. The features are really practical too. The massage function offers several modes with adjustable intensity, which is great for someone like me who occasionally deals with back pain. I got these two chairs for my yacht, on which I live. They came in a pretty heavy box, but once opened, I was able to get the pieces onto my boat. The bottom section was a bit heavy. The chairs were fairly easy to put together, but did require some second-guessing. An electrical connection which connects the back to the bottom came all bent. I wrote the company and they very quickly sent a replacement back section, no questions. These chairs are quite comfortable and very nice looking. I love the cup holders and all the pockets. The heat and massage functions work well, but as others have mentioned, the massage is more of a weak vibration feature. I do really love these chairs, lots of cushioning and the storage in the arms is quite roomy. the zippers to the storage are a little challenging to access, so I put little pull cords on mine. The back stretches pretty flat, but I think a kid wouldn't be able to keep it all the way back very well, as you need some weight to keep it laid way back. All that being said, I do think these chairs were money well spent!
