    • Huge disappointment!
I paid more for the “over-sized” version. It is NOT oversized. This chair is small. I’m 5’3” and my feet hang over the foot rest past my ankles. The foot rest is horrible to put down. You have to position yourself a certain way and really push hard. If you are not in just the right position…the entire chair tips forward with the foot rest still extended. I also expected the heat and massage mechanism to be under the upholstery. It’s basically a chair cover with the heat massage pad inside. The chair itself has no padding or upholstery. You have to stretch this pad part over it after you assemble the chair. The pad never stays on the foot rest either. The massager is loud and 3 of the 5 target areas have already quit working in less than a year. The fabric is nice and I do like the dark grey color but the chair is junk and definately NOT oversized. ... show more

Had to get customer service to solve this, easy solution, found the part. Fairly easy to assemble. Thought a part was missing, but it was tucked under the main seat. Massage is OK. Heat works well.

Padding is really thin on the back. You can feel a hard bump that is pretty annoying. The massager is a joke. Does pretty much nothing at all. The cup holders are really loose and just go into the fabric and have very little support. Was pretty simple to assemble, looks decent and the heat function is nice. The chair was cheap, so I didn't expect it to be that great. I was definitely wrong. I don't have a lot of guests so I'm the only one home most of the time, the cushions are soft and easy to clean, and it's not too big to take up half the room. It doesn't swivel nor does it have a motorized lift, but for its price, neither of those are necessary. I can read in it quietly all afternoon and sometimes when I'm tired I'll just sleep in it. The mechanism that controls the footrest broke during use, I thought I might have used it too often, I tried to contact the supplier and then I received a replacement part after 4 days, excellent customer service!
