Why did you pick this product vs others?: I did a lot of research as I always do, before ordering this item. I am expecting and wanted a nice big recliner I can sleep in, and that would also be good for after baby comes. My partner is a big tall guy so I also wanted something that would accommodate him sitting in it. I myself am 5’2”. after reading tons of reviews and scouring through pictures in reviews of various recliners for hours I landed on this one. It arrived today and took maybe 10 minutes to put together. I LOVE it. It does NOT rock, which I actually prefer. It has a very comfortable and soft fabric, and it is wide and sturdy. My partner fits in it well, as do I. I love the cup holders, which will also be perfect for holding baby bottles, my beverage, etc after baby is born. Big enough to nurse in. I can sit cross legged even. The foot rest feels sturdy and it easy reclines and sits back up without much effort yet also holds very strong and doesn’t feel flimsy or like it’s going to collapse. I would 100% recommend this chair and I’d buy the same exact one again in the future.

I was very excited but this failed in more aspects than expected. Could not put it together as the factory messed up the mounting brackets. Armrests could not be attached to the seat because of that almost 2 inch difference. I reached out to the company and their solution? Just get a drill and move it. First of all there are metal threaded inserts in the plywood because it is suppose to be strong. Second of all, I bought a chair that was advertised as complete and working. This is absolutely insane for them to as a customer to just fix their mistake using a wrong hardware and tow that you might or might not have on hand and hope for the best. Since they did not offer to send a replacement armrests I did move the mounts myself but they do not hold well. Chair is uncomfortable and I had to add over 4 pounds of recliner stuffing foam to make it usable. 2 zippers failed on day one when putting it together. They were not sawn on at all and it just slid off completely. Save your time and money and avoid this poor chair and terrible customer service

This chair was so easy to put together. I did'nt even need the instructions. The pieces are not marked but it's pretty obvious where they go. I put it together by myself. It says 2 people but I had no problems. Most of the stuff just slides together. The arm pieces are in the bottom of chair when packaged but its ease to remove when you open the footrest. Chair seat is firm but not uncomfortable, the back is nice and soft. It is a $200 chair so is it a lazy boy? No but it is a nice chair that is comfortable to set in so what more can you ask? Im 5'10 and about 210lbs it fits me well. The footrest is just a bit short but not enough to bother me. The material is very soft. All around a good purchase!

If I was 30 years younger this chair might be perfect. But for a 76 year old female it leaves a lot to be desired. Way too firm creating pressure points The back is too straight.. The pull cord to get the footrest up takes 3 hands unfortunately I only have 2. Once I do get the footrest up I’m trapped. My legs are not strong enough to get it back down I have to have help. I’m in this chair 24 hrs a day since I can’t lay flat in a bed due to back problems. Will have to add pillows to it to make it work for me. The arm rest are great and comfy wish the seat was more like them.

This chair was fairly easy to put together. It did not take two people as suggested but one step may have been easier with another persons help. I think the chair is cozy and comfortable. The leg rest is easy to open and shut. I very much appreciate that once the chair is fully reclined you do NOT need to apply any pressure to keep it laying back. I will say that if you are not careful when getting out of the chair with the leg rest extended the chair WILL fall forward I am 35 weeks pregnant. I was trying to get out of the chair in a hurry due to my toddler falling and needing my help. The chair toppled over as I got out of the chair in a hurry with the leg rest extended I didn’t get hurt. Thankfully, I am surprisingly spry for some one in my condition lol but some one who is elderly or in a less conditioned shape than me may not have such a good experience with it falling forward Over all I am pleased with the chair considering the price point. It would be nice if it rocked. I got it as a nursery chair and should have read more closely that it is not a rocker. That was my bad. I think the chair is sturdy and comfortable and I am pleased with my purchase The cup holders and pockets in the sides are a nice touch. I would suggest this chair to some one wanting a comfy, fluffy, yet light and easy to move around chair

Note: we have had a really good experience with this seller’s customer service! The chair is VERY comfortable. The padding is nice and thick to give that “cloud” feeling. The cupholders are convenient, as well as the side pockets. The grey color looks very modern and slick. It was very simple to assemble, and took about 15 minutes from start to finish. Getting it to lay back takes some extra force, which could be because it’s brand new and needs to be broken in. It feels very solid though, and not flimsy. It also doesn’t start folding back up on you like some recliners tend to do. Note: We bought this for someone who is over 6’ tall and unfortunately the back was not quite high enough for them, so we ended up finding another user for the chair. For anyone under 6’, I highly recommend it!

Super comfy, super easy to put together, has lots of side storage, it's definitely worth it. Only one complaint and that is the plastic cupholders come out. Really only a problem because kids like to pull them out which just leaves a pocket which technically still holds a cup.
