They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond by helping me obtain a replacement part—even though the warranty had already expired. That level of service is hard to find. While waiting for the chair to arrive, I decided to read what others had to say. I began to think I had made a huge mistake. When the chair arrived I began looking at all the assembly steps and various pieces involved. Wow, can I do this. I got worried about it. I called a friend to help me as two adults were recommended for easier assembly. When we actually got started all the negative reviews ceased to be a concern. Assembly was quite simple in fact. If you read the instructions before you start, pay attention to details, and have patients it goes smoothly. After assembly I found this chair to be very sturdy and comfortable. Some reviews complained about the chair back being stiff and hard. In truth the chair forces you sit with good posture and supports your back very well which is ultimately less fatiguing when sitting for long periods of time.I love the heat and massage functions, and find them very soothing. In my opinion it is a very nice chair for the money. I'm guessing it will be good for several years.

This reclining rocker chair quickly became one of my favorite seats in the house. The first thing I noticed was how soft the leather feels. It’s so comfortable and the stitching gives the chair a really nice look that fits well in the room. I enjoy trying out different home products and electronics, so I always pay attention to features and functionality. The reclining mechanism works smoothly and the 360 rocking motion makes it great for relaxing, watching TV, or just unwinding after a long day. I use it for a smooth rocking with the toddlers. One thing I want to clarify is that the “massage” feature is more of a vibration feature rather than a deep massage. That said, the vibration still feels relaxing and adds a nice comfort element when you’re sitting back and resting. The controls are simple. The chair feels sturdy, the build quality seems solid, and the cushioning is comfortable without being too firm. The side table is a slow charge but if you’re sitting for a hour and half long movie that’s more than enough time to get to full. Overall, if you’re looking for a cozy recliner with soft leather and a gentle vibration feature, this is a great option. It’s truly a nice addition to a living room, office, or media room.

It's a decent option for someone considering a budget friendly recliner with extra features. It took me a bit to assemble it on my own. As others have stated, some of the parts are odd and it takes some patience to put it all together. Overall, it's a good choice. My only real complaint is that mine arrived with a busted zipper on the left arm rest, which results in the cushion constantly sinking into the storage compartment. The "massage" feature is more of a vibration. If you're expecting the massage chair quality for this function, then you'll be disappointed. The heating function works great though.

First off, the design is very modern—the black leather looks sleek and upscale, making it a great addition to my living room. Sitting in it feels incredibly comfortable; the backrest and seat provide just the right amount of support, perfectly relaxing my lower back and spine. The features are really practical too. The massage function offers several modes with adjustable intensity, which is great for someone like me who occasionally deals with back pain. The heating function is a thoughtful touch—it gets nice and warm, especially cozy for winter use! The 360-degree swivel is another plus; it’s convenient for watching TV or chatting with family. Nice leather chair but some pieces didn't fit that great. Others made the design look cheap. The arm parts are flimsy and cupholders should come pre-assembled. They move in and out and kind of look cheap. The recline is a little too springy and not easy to put back. It needs a side release not the flimsy thing they give you. What made it good was overshadowed by what does not make it good. Other than that, it functional and comfortable.
