Perfect pump! Lasts weeks and more on a single charge and me and my wife use it every day. The 750ml measurement button is perfect amount to refill our conure and parrot bowls one handed, considering ordering two so we can have one inside and outside! Incredible device, I found if it's gets noticeably louder it could mean that the pump is struggling to suck either because of the straw kinking in the container or the connection coming loose, it works much better with the plastic nozzle on the ten gallon containers than without, pump makes a perfect seal although plenty of space for air to circulate for better pump flow! Would buy again and again, even if this one went out!

This little pump appears to be well made (only time will tell, right?); design and construction seem simplistic enough, compared to other products for the same function, not having too many joints or connections for potential failure. It fits over the mouth of 3-gallon jars with cap on (slightly over 2.25" in diameter) snugly. It could also sit on the jar loosely with cap removed. Either way works fine; suction didn't appear to be any different. Charging efficiency is decent; plus having light change to indicate the full charge adds ease to the operation. So far so good.

Works as it says!!! Came in box clean and in tact. Easy instructions, easy assembly (just apply hose and set on top of jug) Doesn't fit super snug but its weighty enough to just rest on top no problem.

Really good water dispenser! The previous model I got locally and the little metal hose broke off SO I tried this one all in one piece that is sleek and comfortable to use. and The battery life is wayy better. For a 5 gallon jug I have not needed recharge and thats daily use, compared to the previous model I mentioned I had to charge every 2-3 gallons.

Once in a while, it stops working. Randomly. 95% it is super reliable. No issues charges it. A few months in and I dont have a solid complaint. 07/14/25 update: So I bought this product in April and it has officially pooped out.
