After a short period of time living in San Angelo, I realized that drinking water out of the faucet was not going to cut it. During my first year of college living in a dorm, my roommate and I only had minimal space for items and settled for purchasing gallons of water to fill our water bottles with. Once we moved into an apartment that was much more spacious, we decided to begin acquiring the five-gallon waters from Walmart, although we were not sure how we were going to retrieve the water yet. I had never heard of this product before, but when I was hanging out with my friend in Florida, I noticed a sink looking item on top of their gallon of water. I asked about the product, and they had plenty of respectable things to say about it. They have had the dispenser for just over two years, and it still was in great condition. I was interested but concerned about the price. After finding out it was only $14.99, I became very invested. We discovered that the most effective and affordable way to retrieve the water from the gallon was through the Cozy BlueWater Dispenser from amazon. The packaging arrived in a traditional amazon box, but its own personal box inside that included a charging cord, a long straw to attach to the device, and the device itself. The straw was slightly bent once taken out of the box, but there were no slits in the straw, and it worked perfectly. The battery life is extremely high quality. I have charged it once since I have received it in July, and it lasted me over a month before charging it again in late August. The merchandise does not come charged; you need to charge it before using it when it first comes in. The setup of the device is very simple. You connect the straw to the device, and then insert the straw into the opening of the gallon jug and push down the lid as far as possible. There is no twist or click to know when the water dispenser is on, it simply just needs to be pushed down as far as possible and it is secure. This product made retrieving water much simpler and faster. I place my cup underneath the dispenser and click the button at the top to fill up the cup to where I need, and then hit the button to stop the water flow. A nice addition to this product is that it does not take a couple seconds for the water to stop flowing out of the device. It is an instant stop and start which precludes water overflowing from the cup. I would give this product a 5-star rating. I would recommend it to others, and it has benefitted me greatly for an excellent price. ... show more

Purchased for use in our Mexican rental. So easy to have purified water, basically on tap. Charge lasts long, and is easy to put together. Just charge the unit, and slide the hose over the intake. The hose is long enough to reach the bottom of a 5-gallon jug. Voila! Fresh water in a glass, at the push of a button. And no more lugging gallon after gallon up the stairs. This water dispenser makes staying hydrated incredibly easy and convenient! I love how compact it is - it doesn't take up unnecessary space in my kitchen. But despite its small size, it can hold a whopping 3 or 5 gallons of water at a time. It's perfectly sized to fit on my countertop under my cabinets. The pump feature makes dispensing water simple. Just place your cup or bottle under the nozzle and press the lever - clean, fresh water comes streaming out. No electricity required! It pumps fast, so I'm not waiting around forever for my water to fill up. It was super simple to assemble right out of the box. Took maybe 10-15 minutes total. The instructions were clear and all necessary parts were included. sturdy and seems very durable. I use this dispenser multiple times a day to refill my water bottle. It has been working flawlessly for months now with no issues. For the very reasonable price, being able to have clean water constantly available is invaluable. I like the fact that this is rechargeable (USB-C). I haven't been using it long enough to know how long the battery lasts, but I'm on my second 3 gallon bottle and it is still going strong. It's nice to look at and it doesn't change the taste of my clean purified water (yay) AND it was inexpensive as well. However, the feed tube that goes into the bottle is VERY small (about the same size as a pencil) so the water is pumped very slowly and it is really noisy. It's a lot louder than I expected. If the noise and the speed of the pump are not a problem for you, it is a great thing to use on your 3 to 5 gallon jugs of bottled water so that you can set them on the counter or tabletop and not have to purchase a standalone dispenser. ... show more

We are remodeling our kitchen and needed access to bottled water. I didn’t want to buy a fancy dispenser just for a few weeks. This is perfect!! It does not drip when the water stops flowing!!! This is really an expensive way to save on bottled water. The 4 gallons are way cheaper than single bottled water. It cuts down on the small plastic bottles lying around that sometimes don't get all drunk up. And it cuts down on the recycled plastic. I use only deionized water in my 6 humidifiers, 5 of which are for plants in winter. I have 3 five gallon bottles on which I use 3 different pumps. This particular pump was my latest purchase and it has worked well. My main concern is battery life and so far this one is lasting a long time. It, unlike the other two, also has two different fill settings. It will fill my larger humidifiers with one push rather than turning off and having to be restarted like my others. ... show more

So we love this product. It’s simple fits any refill gallon, easy charge. Bought it in May 2023. The battery stop charing in January 2024.
