Problem: The product makes a humming sound after being powered on, but it doesn't pump water normally. Cause: This may be due to the slight misalignment of the motor shaft during transportation. Solution: Don't worry, you can reset it with a simple procedure: Make sure the product is powered on (blue light on). Place the unit on its side or tilt it slightly. Pay the unit two or three times with your palm. You may hear a slight "click," indicating that the motor has reset. The product will immediately resume pumping normally. Note: This procedure must be performed while the product is powered on (blue light on). If the above steps don't resolve the issue, please let us know, and we will provide a return or exchange.

I have had this almost2 years now and love it. We go through quite a bit of water and this has saved me from dealing with a water filter pitcher. I use it on 3gallon jugs as I cannot handle 5 gallon jugs. I put a thick rubber band around the top of the jug, as the pump does not fit snugly and it would turn while dispensing not fun to come back to, which fixed that. I forget to charge it sometimes and it wont work but I can plug it in and use it right away. I like that it has automatic shutoff as I can walk away and not worry that it will be everywhere when I come back I just hit it twice to fill my pitcher for the fridge. When this one does die knock on wood I will absolutely buy another one. ... show more

No lugging, no spilling, no awkward tipping a giant bottle over a cup and hoping for the best. Now. If you're filling a water bottle, perfect. A glass? Great. A large pot? Go ahead and set a timer, maybe start a campfire, tell a story, roast something, it'll be ready eventually. This pump was not built for urgency. Bought this puppy may 6th 2024 it's been about a year and a half and she finally died. Worked a li'l wonky the past few months but considering it was 6.99 and I got that long out of it i feel like it's fair. I wish I got another 6 months or year but cant complain. I think the one available now is a newer gen of mine but either way good product and I'm buying another today... ... show more

    • It works, but NOT snuggly on jugs with rings around the neck, which is the only kind I’ve ever seen.

Yes, this does what it’s supposed to do in that it pumps water out of a jug and into whatever cup/container you choose. Be very careful of the fine print in that this pump does NOT fit snuggly / seal with jugs that have rings around its neck. The pump sits precariously on the neck, which is ok if the jug is in one spot and users are aware that it’s precarious. I bought this pump to use on a 2-month road trip in my car and had hoped i could safely refill my water bottles, as well as put water in my dog’s bowl, with it. It ended up being very difficult to drive with the pump on it as bumps in the road would knock it over and then fall completely out. Instead, I’d put the pump in a ziplock-ish bag and the cap back on the jug. This was a hassle but manageable. It still allowed me to take jugs of water in my car for safety purposes, as well as not having to buy individual bottles of water or the dealing with the hassles of finding drinkable water for my reusable water bottles. The noise doesn’t bother me. So far the battery has yet to die, so i can’t comment on that. It’s value is ok, as is it’s quality. ... show more
