Just to begin. The product is perfect: pretty inexpensive, very powerful, and is rechargeable (translation: does not need batteries). And the battery lasts a long time too. I have used it pretty frequently (like 5 times a week for a full month), and I have yet to charge it up. So, why did I give it a 4-star instead of 5-star review? Well... * The attachments are incredibly hard to remove. I fear I may break it while switching the whisk attachment. You also have to push from the attachments head, which I assume will damage the attachment itself eventually. * It is too powerful, and has little variance between speeds. It has 3 speeds, however, just the slowest speed is enough to overspill a regular mug (e.g.: for hot chocolate) at half capacity. As it loses battery the speed decreases, so, for now, it is far more manageable. * The 3 speeds are quite unnecessary. I was apprehensive to buy this product precisely because I saw no need for different speeds. And I still don't see the need for it. It just makes turning it off more tedious: either click the button until it turns off (so, 3 times if you are in the slowest speed) or hold the button down until it turns off (I discovered this accidentally heh, though I am almost sure the manual mentions it, however I threw it away by accident and forgot to fullyread it, oops!). * The stand only works with the frother attachment, because the whisk attachments make it too big for it. The stand is also very unstable.

So naturally, I added it to my growing collection! It's zippy, easy to use and clean and makes things so much more fun to mix. Don't think it's just for coffee! Buyer beware, this thing is not practical for mixing drinks! It’s very powerful which is fine, but it has one very frustrating feature: once it’s on, it’s very hard to turn off in time before you make a complete mess. To power off, you either have to cycle through all the speeds or hold the button down after first press. By the time you can do either of these things, it’s too late because it’s spinning so fast that you’ll whirpool everything out of a cup, or if you lift the device out, it sprays whatever’s on it everywhere. If you want something specifically for frothing milk, I’m sure it’s great; anything else, get a single speed cheap brand, it’s easier to use.
