Unfortunately it had a terrible chemical smell, the outer cloth is completely washable but the smell lingered in the foam and just didn’t work out for us. honestly no problems with the item itself. yes screws are kinda hard to get in (they’re slightly misaligned- put on gloves & they’ll twist in without hurting your fingers), yes the bed is entirely a pillow lol (as per other poor reviews). its literally a metal frame with a temperpedic type material on the outside- i personally like it & i feel like you would know that while ordering if its your style or not… now the problem i ACTUALLY have is the fact that on TWO occasions i ordered a Queen sized Frame & recieved a FULL sized inside of a Queen box.. 2 TIMES! ive tried contacting the seller but there is no way to contact. Id keep the product if i actually recieved the correct size. Both times they were sent it said it would arrive in a week and both arrived within 2 days of ordering.. that immediately made me suspicious that they were returns… & YUP they both were. how do i know? bc theres scuffs in every corner from the screwdriver thing they give you… clearly an issue with packaging if multiple people sent it back. & YES i measured the bed & it aligns with the Full Sized Dimensions NOT the queen i ordered. very disappointed as this has been the only thing holding us back from moving into our new home officially… ... show more
