I used these pegs in the garden to hold wire fencing in place. The lighter weight rebar is just right for my application. However, my soil is soft allowing for hand installation. I did not need to use a hammer to pound them in the ground, and I'd be worried that they'd deform/bend if I hit them with a hammer. The shiny finish, which in my application was unnecessary, dulled after about 3 weeks. Nevertheless, I bought a second 20-pack because they worked so well. ... show more
