I have traveled across the county towing an RV with this top on the truck. I bought this 5 months ago. First of all, it looks great! Many times I was asked about it by other truck owners. Second of all, Secure - it secures my items very well, no one is getting into this truck bed. Third - quiet, it makes no rattling or wind noise whatsoever. Fourth - Functionality - it works perfectly for closing and opening, rolling up, securing to the front of the bed, and snapping back into place. One note on the install - the torque settings seemed ridiculous, I felt that they would dent the bed making it as tight as specified. I got everything tight and then moved on with no issues. It took about 30 minutes to get the installation finished. This is not cheap - but it is worth every penny. ... show more

First, let me start by saying that this product is every bit as beautiful as you'd expect; it looks and works amazing. Now for the tl;dr folks: I had a unit that (apparently) had a small factory defect in one of the slats that didn't expose itself until the very end of installation. I contacted the seller to see what could be done as the defect was obvious, but didn't fully stop operation so I didn't really want to hassle with uninstalling, returning, receiving and re-installing again. It was also missing a single screw that holds down the strap holder. First off, let me send a HUGE shout out to their CS team -- they were polite, quick to respond and very thorough with their options dealing with this issue. I couldn't ask for better service. They bent over backwards to be sure I was satisfied and that my issue was addressed. Not once did they make me feel like I was a "Karen" and just complaining. For the product, installation was a breeze. I did have another buddy here to help, which came in useful as lifting the top onto the truck might have been difficult for me to do at my age and physical condition but was easy as pie with 2. A second person also helped when it came time to be sure everything was aligned and tight during install. Only basic tools required and it went about as smoothly as their install video shows: absolutely no complaints. And the finished fit and finish were absolutely perfect. Summary: I couldn't recommend a better product. It's worth the extra $$ compared to the "lesser" soft versions and I really did get the best of both soft and hard tonneau covers with this option and couldn't be more pleased. I spent too much time researching my bed cover and landed on this one. The ability to quickly get it out of the way whether that means rolling it up, or removing it, this was my choice. You lose no room inside the bed. Made of high quality materials. My negative is when it freezes. I live in florida, so this happens only a couple times a year, but you are not able to roll your bed cover if it has frost on it. You’ll have to get it in the sun for a few and then do it.
