We purchased this as a Mother's day gift for my mom who works remotely for her home office. She sits at her desk for long hours and loves this chair. It's comfortable and does not hurt her back like her previous chair did and is easy to adjust. Set up was pretty easy and the instructions were clear.

I love my new chair. The only thing I am sad about is that I didn't think to get the extended warranty package. The chair is sturdy, solid and comfortable. Perfect desk height without even using the lift but then my desk is a bit higher than most. So glad I found this first on the Office Depot site then when double checking prices here on Amazon. We don't have an Office Depot where I live so this was just perfect to get as always free delivery with Amazon Prime. Thanks Amazon for continuing to save me a dollar here and there. ... show more

I loved the chair when I first got it. I have now had it three months and the height adjustment hydraulic cylinder has failed. Will not hold maximum height. After about 45 minutes it leaks down to minimum height. Long term reliability is just not there. It is a shame because I really did love it when it was working correctly. ... show more

    • Very comfortable and practical office chair
Since my old office chair I had was literally hanging on by a thread and the gas lift rod was about to go through the seat I figure it's time for a new one. I saw this one on Amazon for a reasonable price and good reviews so I ordered it. When I received it yesterday I took it out of the box and assembled it. The whole process took about an hour. The instructions were easy to follow and everything needed for assembly was in the box. It's very sharp looking as well as comfortable. I had a question for the seller prior to delivery and they got back to me the same day and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this chair for anybody in the market who needs one. ... show more

Today is Oct 22 2020. I bought this chair in September 2020 and the arm rest is already cracking. I replaced the wheels with sturdier wheels as one kept popping off. It’s a comfortable chair for the most part but the crack on the arm is disappointing and the wheels need to be made sturdier.
