I'm very happy with the chair. It's quiet and good looking/not therapeutic or clinical/in the room. It's stylish for a large chair. This is my second massage chair. First was secondhand I got years ago. It was time to step up. I started with 20 massage chairs on Amazon in my budget. Then narrowed them down one by one by customer reviews. This chair had the best reviews, came in under budget and was the best looking of the bunch. It passed the wife interior decor test. Often I have a hard time falling asleep/winding down. It's easy in this chair it knocks me right out I've fallen asleep in it a couple of times in the week I've had it. Also as an asthmatic after a severe bout my back muscles are tight from struggling to breath, which has been the case this last week, and this chair hits all the spots to loosen up those muscles. Couldn't do without it now. The chair is quiet and comfortable and has many options..it's not the same massage every time...I liked the screen better than I thought I would, I'd thought I'd prefer the stand button panel but I enjoy the screen and prefer it now. I'm very happy with my new massage chair. It is sleek and fits into my office easily. It provides many massage modes and was super easy to set up - no assembly required! The reduction of one star is due to a few issues; the voice volume is on/off, I can't turn it down and it's annoying. The bluetooth doesn't consistently connect so I'm using my airpods instead of the built in speakers. The foot roller is only on/off - it's pretty strong so I'll put a little cushion in there. But overall it's a great chair for the price and I am really enjoying it. ... show more

I order the chair and it came fast, in 3 days even though it said it would take 2 weeks, so thank you Amazon for the fast shipping. This is a great chair, SL track gives 16 modes of massage. Very elegant and comfortable chair. My only complaint about the chair are the speakers, they could have been better sound quality, unfortunately speakers sound like a cheap radio speaker. Bluetooth connects very well and chair comes assembled. Definitely recommend this chair ... show more
