After the order, I received 1 of the 2 boxes four days later, which was really quick! The first box is really long and kind of heavy. It will have the fireplace surround and mantel in it. Instructions were great and everything is labeled and comes with a hex-key. Both boxes came packaged very well. I put the fireplace surround together by myself on my lunch hour (I work from home) I did have to wait another week before I would receive the fireplace box. A couple of tips, when putting it together, do it on a hard surface and as the fireplace standing (not laying on the floor). The good thing about having to wait a week for the fireplace box to arrive is it allowed the wood to acclimate. This meant that prior to placing the firebox in the surround, I tightened all of the hex nuts again and because it aclimated, I could get 2-3 more turns tighter. That helped with those corners coming together. Be aware, the surround has a faint paint "pattern" (pic) to give it a textured look from a distance. You dont notice it unless you are really close up. The wood/particle board does off gas a little if you are sensitive to that, not alot though. The tv in the pics for reference is a 65". The mantle is nice and deep real wood. Im so happy with this purchase because I was going to pay someone to build me a fireplace but this saved me a few grand! And it looks like it is a built in! When watching tv, the quality of the flames and logs are awesome. I am in AZ, its nice that I have the option to use the heat with the flames. It heats up quickly and isnt loud, you can hear it but its not where you will need to turn the tv up. When the heat is turned off it will continue to blow for a few mims to cool itself down. I absolutely adore this fireplace. It came early which was super surprising but nice! The ambiance is a 10/10. I built it myself, and it was relatively easy. The boxes were incredibly heavy, so be mindful when you are putting it together and lifting. I was able to do it myself and the only issue I ran into was when attaching the actual fire unit to the frame. The holes were incorrect and I had to drill new ones. If that is the only issue, it was relatively minor! I was worried that the price wouldn’t be worth it. But the quality of the materials and the overall realism of the fireplace was worth it. I am absolutely thrilled with this electric fireplace! I ordered it on a Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised to receive both boxes by Friday; incredibly fast delivery. The installation was straightforward, and the modern look it adds to my living room (especially under the TV, as pictured) is exactly what I was hoping for. It instantly elevated the entire space. I was nervous about how it would look with my 75-inch TV, but the scale is perfect and provides a beautifully balanced focal point beneath it. Beyond the aesthetics, the functionality is fantastic. The heater works well, but the real star is the flame display. The ability to easily change the flame color is a wonderful feature that lets me match the mood of the room or the season (it looks great with my Christmas decor!). I've already added a video showing the color-changing feature in action, which I think is a must-see! Positives: the quality is good and it looks great Negatives: -the color is more gray than beige or tan (as you can see compared to our white wall) , so I wasn’t a fan of that being as it looks off. -the assembly.. trying to get everything exactly lined up is IMPERATIVE or there will be gaps and not look right -there were no pre made holes to attach the actual electric fireplace to the frame, even with a drill trying to get the screws to grip was impossible, I spent an hour on one side and the other side wouldn’t budge, so if you look close enough you can see a 1 inch gap between the frame and the fireplace. BUT compared to the cost of a custom fireplace, I still think it’s worth it ... show more

JUST wow!! 🤩 this fireplace will make your living room or bedroom so cozy that you would never want to leave. The fireplace comes well packed in a box. The electric unit itself comes in a separye box. The fireplace has a real wood mantle and the rest of the pieces are easy to assemble. It took us around an hour to assemble the fireplace and it was teeth easy to figure out, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the company. The fireplace adds much elegance to the living room! It has 6 color settings to suit your mood which are dimmable to 5 counts. The temperature setting goes from 71-99f. You can simply keep the fireplace on with fan in summers. The operation is pretty noise less and quality is top notch. Really well made item. This is extremely renter friendly and can be moved to any room of your choice. I highly recommend this!! PS- I have TV over my fireplace and I simply turn that into a Frame 🖼️ by playing any video from @TimelessFrameTVArtworks channel. DO try!! This fireplace is everything I’d hoped it would be and more! The look is simple but brings a lot of cozy warmth to my living room. It has different flame color settings which are so fun for my kids.
