Excellent stove! Nice even heat! Happy consumer!
Color: Black

I bought this beautiful stove for secondary heat in my parlor. It does exactly what I wanted it to do. It’s a beautiful stove, it heats beautifully and it looks perfect in my late 1800’s home. I’m thinking about getting another to add to my kitchen. If Real Flame madd an electric pot belly stove, I’d buy it now! Some folks state that the stove is difficult to assemble. We took our time and didn’t have any trouble. But it would simplify the process if the pieces were labeled. That’s the only recommendation I can make about assembly. ... show more

Looks great
Color: Black
Looks great and husband says easy asssembly but Im disappointed with the heat (or lack of) that this unit puts out I thought it would warm the space quicker and have the space hold heat longer. Area is about 400 Sq Feet

Exceeded Expectations
Color: Black
I am very picky about what goes in my home and the Hollis electric fireplace exceeded my expectations by far. My design style is Nordic Farmhouse and I like the clean lines of this model. Stovepipe completes it and sets it apart from other electric fireplaces. Brings a needed presence to a room; it is larger and more expensive looking than I anticipated. Nice that the black finish is matte, and the fake logs and flames actually look quite nice. Completely amps up the cozy. Highly recommend this. ... show more

Great fireplace !!!
Review Image by Renata Tippett Renata Tippett
First of all, if you were able to put this stuff together, congratulations! I think I had brain damage after putting this together, it was the most difficult I ever did. The screws are made in hell, not sure how they come out with this, but it is really difficult to put this together. My back is still hurting lol. I think the price for this should be around 500 bucks...The pipe and the part to put wood is what makes it more expensive I guess, cause you can find thousands of fireplace box on the market much cheaper. But at the end of the day, this looks good, warm and so far no problems. ... show more

fan broke after a few weeks of use, makes a very loud noise!!!
Color: Black
After using this unit for a few months, the fan broke. It now makes a REALLY loud noise when the unit is turned on. Its very pretty, but if you buy it, get it from Pottery Barn or someone who will accept a return for what is a very expensive but seemingly pretty shoddy product. I haven't been able to reach anyone who is willing to help me have it replaced or repaired, which means now I have a giant and heavy pile of crap that I paid a great deal of money for and nobody who seems to be willing to be held accountable. ... show more

LOVE
Color: Black
Review Image by Marcella Niedzwiecki Marcella Niedzwiecki
Absolutely love it! It’s exactly what I was looking for. 0/5 for assembly. I physically could not screw the screws in more than halfway and had to get 2 people to help me. The screw position area is so close to the unit you cannot use a power tool and has to be done manually—if you have the strength. ... show more

Love it!
Color: Black
Very happy with this fireplace! Assembly wasn't bad and it looks and works great. It's really added a cozy feeling to our home this winter and the heating feature has been nice to take the chill out of the air too
