Neiko has been a hidden gem I discovered here recently buying an impact set from them. They are amazing. Now I am really torn between buying more and more. The ratchets rule, the impact take amazing abuse, tech support is fast and great to work with. Just a picture or two and proof of purchase and they replace almost anything. Even if this is your beater tools or your pro set, the definitely deliver. My next buy will be the master chrome socket sets for an everyday set with no skips in any set. I'm not complaining since I got it for 11 bucks but, did a child just recently paint this? There was blue paint splatter on different parts of the rachet, the paint on the handle is not well done either, that isnt a huge deal to me but didn't look very professional. Second the ratchet is Bone dry! Luckily i had air tool oil. Other then that, the ratchet seems good when lubricated, so be prepared if you buy it to lube it up. I have actually used it yet I just got it but the mechanism seems good and the tool I sturdy. Update. Neiko customer service was amazing ans sent a replacement right away and I got to keep the old one. Also this ratchet has held up great. I would recommend especially for the price. ... show more
