I never realized how much I was hunching until trying this thing. Now I sit up tall and rest my back against the Ready Rocker instead of rounded over my desk, and I feel like it encourages me to roll my shoulders back too. It may be a stretch but I feel like my productivity has also gone up since using. I'm a fidgeter and rocking seems to keep me focused and reduce distraction somehow. It's been a few week since receiving it and I've already purchased two more to give as gifts. Highly recommend. It works on all furniture, my desk chair, bed, and even my deep set plush couch - i love it.

I’m so glad I got this rocker ! All new moms need this. My 6 week old is super fussy and will calm down when he’s being rocked . The rocker is really comfortable and has been a back saver! Love the portability

I do about 50+ reps per day, very easy to do. This has strengthened my back muscles, reduced pain. I have had lower back pain for several years now. Some of the pain is due to several ruptured disks. Because this makes most exercises painful, this has resulted in weakened back muscles. This device permits you to exercise your back muscles without causing pain.

I really thought this was rather expensive.. but I was going with my kids and granddaughter and staying in a hotel..my 8 month old grandbaby needs to be rocked at night and I'm so glad I bought this!! Just wish it didn't cost so much!

I usually don't write product reviews, but the Ready Rocker 3.0 has helped my back pain so much that I had to. As someone who works from home, I spend 6 hours a day sitting in front of my computer usually with my back slumped and hunched over while typing. This was causing "tech neck" stiffness and lower back pain. Since I started using the Ready Rocker, I sit up straight in the chair with perfect posture while I work without even having to think about it. I haven't woken up with a stiff neck at all (this used to happen on a weekly basis). I even started using the Ready Rocker while I watch TV at night after work. My body hasn't felt this good and pain-free since I was a teenager. The Ready Rocker is sturdy but incredibly comfortable and supportive. I would recommend it to anyone, especially those who work desk jobs or have to sit for any extended period of time. If you've ever had back or neck pain, this is your cure!!!
