We bought this to provide a bit of stress relief for the family. It is also a great training tool to responsibly show your children and others how to defend themselves on a very basic level. You can fill the base with almost any material (water, sand, etc) and the suction cups on the floor provide additional steady placement. I am not a big guy per se but when I wail away it is mostly still. I would recommend this for the average folks to relieve some stress, throw some hands and feet, and spend a little time with family in the garage

Original base was a piece of junk. Not only did it come with a large crack at the seam which wasn’t apparent until I started to fill it with water (which the manual states you can do), but the suction cups made it to where it was nearly impossible to move it outside while water flowed out of the seam all over my garage. I would avoid at all costs and look at other brands. I have previously owned other heavy bags and have never had this issue before. Not only do I not have a functioning heavy bag, I also now have to make sure I don’t have water damage and future mold in my garage from all of the water. Update: Seller made it better by quickly sending out a new base. Overall it works well as a whole and the bag itself seems very durable. I would not suggest filling it with water and instead use sand or rock. I am still concerned with the durability of the base but overall seems to be a decent product if you get one that isn’t defective.

So, I'm a beginner boxer although i've been learning slowly and off and on for a few years. I'm only 116 lbs and 5'4''. So getting this thing delivered was kind of a pain, but more so for the seller because of the snowstorms all over the country. It was not their fault and when I complained about it, they refunded my shipping cost. So the thing finally gets here. One thing I was worried about from the pictures was if my stubby little arms were gonna be able to get in there with this rather wide base. Yes, no problem. From my shoulder to the end of my fist is about 2 ft. No issues with the base getting in the way of being able to hit the bag. The impact on the bag is similar to the impact I felt in boxing gyms I've taken classes at. But instead of the bag sometimes swinging around, this bag does tilt. It's much much quieter than the air-filled cardio bag I had before, and unlike that one does not recoil a whole lot which is good if you're working on punches and not cardio specifically. There were no gloves with the package but I didn't really care about them anyway and already had some. So, I filled the base with water being as how i'm a beginner lightweight. Plenty sufficient, esp with the suction cups on the bottom. Actually, the suction cups stuck to the concrete floor of my apt so well that now I literally can't move the thing. I'm sure if i got another pair of hands to help me but for right now the bag is going to live where i put it together. So the bag doesn't move at all and I think the suction cups also create an additional sound prevention from the base to the floor. So this is a good product. I was thinking of getting the Fight Camp stuff and so glad I didn't because this is totally fine.

First bag I bought and taught me how to kick just by putting it in my apartment t and doing some basic light practicing. Gave me the confidence to kick and now I can do serious damage with my kicks. Glad I bought this bag great quality!

This product was used, missing four bolts (had to go buy new ones, missing instructions and scraps all over the bag and bars! Came in two boxes and heavy as hell! I would had returned this but to much of a hassle!

The product seems to be great even strapped a upper cut wall mounted bag to the top of the punch bag with 2 500 pound ratchet straps had to stench it down so tight it flattened the area but when u hit it with about half power if not strapped down good it will come flying off but they work good together product is pretty good for the price u can even attach a slip stick for about $20 for the noodle one but amazon delivered it to the outside of fence so I can’t use my ring to catch stealing people or even see if someone delivered anything
