Item arrived 2 days late after paying 25 for shipping and was missing wrist strap which are shown in description pic. Also doest feel like 40_50k which translate to 80lbs. Bag is fine. But the wall mount is a joke, so be aware. It’s 1” thin wall tube and should be 2” minimum. It will never hold up to any medium use. I’ll order another and if it wasn’t such a pain to return the whole set, that’s what I would have done. Be aware. Sorry about the idiot vertical picture. The media could not be loaded. I install this item in my garage, very easy to do, I use the hanging method, screw directly to the wood beams, very good quality, the wall hanging looks very weak, needs improvement, I bought a new pair of Gloves, the ones that comes with it, it’s good for my daughter, but no for a wide hands man, it moves a lot when punch hard, but just buy the strap that holds it to the ground and you are set, overall satisfied with the items. ... show more

The bolts provided with the bracket are not of the best quality. I tried to get them into the anchors provided and it doesn’t catch, the material for the bolt is sub optimal zinc . I have to get additional heavy duty bolts from Loews and the installation instructions are not easy enough for self installation ... show more
