Good quality, installed on outdoor stone steps and seems very sturdy. Despite the description saying the finish is powder coated it does scratch easily so be careful when assembling that the balusters and handrail ends don’t rub together. Mine arrived with a scratch right out of the box but for my installation it doesn’t show.

Very well designed, attractive, sturdy and fairly straight forward assembly. I installed on concrete steps. Some extra screw and bolt parts are included. Very considerate and helpful. I needed to use one of the spares due to a defect on another. The eight provided anchors for concrete are very solid when installed. Be extremely careful in your measurements when drilling the holes. There is very little room for error. Also, the provided drill bit was a nice thought, but it was not very high quality. It was taking me forever to drill through concrete so I bought a new drill bit at our local lumber yard and had the holes drilled in a few minutes. If you are planning to install on a wooden deck or porch, the enclosed screws are simply inappropriate for the job. Too short and too small to provide adequate strength to hold the railing with any certainty. Image attached. Still, overall a great value and I ordered another one.

Simple but okay rail. I changed the length of the rail after select a 2-pack for $129 and it changed to a single rail. I didn't notice until I received the first one. So I ordered a second. But they cancelled the order after a few days, refunded my money and then increased the price $6. Since I had already installed the first rail I didn't have much choice but to order it again at the higher price. . The item is okay, the seller shows greedy and untrustworthy practices.

They are working nicely at my front door as I have balance issues. They look great, but I ordered two and they're slightly different in size. Since they're far apart, one doesn't notice so much. Theyre very sturdy and are placed into stone. One has a bit of a wobble where the lower half connects to the upper. I may take it apart and slide a slim piece of cardboard to stop that.

This things works great. Needed to add a handrail for my mother’s steps. Concrete to concrete connection. Pros: easy to assemble. Lightweight and holds up well. Included plenty of bolts and even had some simple tools. (I used my own) Cons: I had to use another masonry bit and sleeve anchors. The bit held up to only 4 of the 8 holes needed for installation. Anchors were too weak and bent with any force when placing them. Not a big deal for me thankfully. For the price I was happy and would buy again. I expecting less than perfect results from the masonry bit and anchors so I was a little prepared. Probably not a problem for most people.
