Handrails were for an elderly couple and they had a relative visiting and needed railing on the front porch from sidewalk to house entry. All mounting hardware is provided! ** Do yourself a favor and go to the hardware store and get yourself standard concrete anchors *** the ones provided are not very durable. Other than that all is good.

Quality was good for the price. Instructions were ok for someone who is a little handy. Instructions need improvement for all skill levels. The included drill bit is for a hammer drill which I don't have. I had to buy a regular shaft masonry bit for $11. Assembly and installation took about 1 hour. The only thing I do not like is the actual handrail top is flat and uncomfortable to the hand. The quality is good but for the reason above I will look for a more comfortable, rounded top, handrail next time.

This was easy to assemble and looks great. If you are not comfortable drilling through concrete, think twice. The concrete drill bit included will not fit square in American drills. Don't use it like I did. It wobbles. If concrete is what you have to do, I suggest making a guide out of wood with the four holes necessary per pole. Before ordering make sure your concrete is level. If it not, you can use washers to level the post, but be careful on the depth of the concrete anchors. They do not come out once installed. My aging parents were glad to have these installed in my house.

This was an absolute nightmare to install. The so called instructions said a drilling depth of 4 inches and drill bit size of 3/8 which is included. No way will these cheap sleeve anchor work if you drill to that depth. I had to adapt installation by going to Menards and purchase 8. 3/8 inch wedge anchors. of course they would not fit thru the rail base openings so I had to drill larger holes for that. So I finally got railing installed. another cancer is the baluster installation is crazy. they rattle unless you crank down so hard you start to bend the railing. some kind of sleeve washer should have been included to prevent this. funny thing pictures on the box shows a differ ent kind of baluster between rails which attach directly to rail. Anyway I would never purchase again but I drilled holes in my concrete. My adapted installation looks ok just hope it holds up. DO NOT DRILL THE HOLES 4 INCHES DEEP if you plan on using their cheap sleeve anchors. I feel like this company owes me some kind of refund.
