It's not cold yet so I can't say how often this will be my go to jacket. But it looks pretty good, fits good, seems like it'll be nice and warm. Lightweight like I was looking for. The hood is attached to the back in such a way it's not constantly rubbing you. I like that a lot. Velcro cuffs and drawstring waist are well placed and will definitely help minimize wind chill.

The fleece lining makes this jacket a dream to put on. The puffer quilting keeps you warm and the water resistant coating on the outside also keeps you dry. Love the drawstring options at the waist. While I'm glad it has pockets, I wish it had zippered pockets for safe keeping.

I honestly wasnt sure when, I picked this. But Iwas pleasantly surprised! It looks well made and of quality durable materials. Its light but very warm and comfortable. For the money I believe its a good value. Green is my favorite color and this one is kind of a faded sage and goes great with just about everything!. As far a the waterproofing? I have worn it in light rain and snow without issue. I did not get we and it seemed to repal the water some what. However I cannot attest for certain how waterproof it actually is. Will update in the future.
