I wear and 8.5 to a 9M normally. My toes touched the end of the boot in this size 9. Runs very small and fairly narrow. The shaft circumference was wide enough and the shaft height was good ( I am 5’4). I knew I was getting a man made material, but even so, for a hundred dollar price range, they didn’t look any nicer than store brands I have seen in the $60-$70 range. I like the style. I was hoping they would be very comfortable being that they were Dr. Scholl’s, but not so much. I’ve been using inserts in them. I would also go up 1-1 1/2 in sizes up.
