arrived with a two big dents on the door and couple scratches on the side. scratches condition of the box leads me to believe the damage was done before the item was packaged. If that is true then quality control does not exist at rca. have only had it for two days, seems to be operating ok.

This product is a complete disappointment. First there is no temperature control for just the freezer. The manual never addresses the freezer temperature. Even worse there is no space. Rather than letting the buyer decide how they want to use the space they pre designated the space which is worthless. The door space is wasted because they made part a can dispenser, which can not be undone to utilize that space. The drawer is a huge waste of space again it is narrow and can not be repurposed to make a lower shelf. I cant even put a pitcher of tea in it because the shelf spacing is all too small. This was a complete waste of money and going out for the trash since It is too late to return it. My original 1.3 cu ft fridge has better space management. As if it isn’t bad enough, it came with a dent in the freezer door. ... show more

The refrigerator itself is great…but mine arrived with a hole in the back. It’s to heavy for me to ship back so I’m kind of stuck with it. I will reach out to Amazon. For the price paid this was a little disappointing. I don’t believe this is a standard “look” for refrigerators.

    • Broke within a month.
The original arrived with light damage and faulty door seal but worked. A replacement was supplied. The original had a faulty compressor and the second the compressor failed after 3 weeks. Not sure if it is a product issue or not
