When we received this unit, turning it on very easy to set up about 10 to 15 minutes, lots of updates on this unit took another 30 minutes or so and it was ready to go , battery life is good we watched a couple of movies on it with one charge very surprised, key board is good, the only issue is the touch pad it's a little to sensitive for us not sure how to adjust it yet, nice display. We like that we can use it as a laptop or a tablet just remove the keyboard. This unit works for my wife and I we enjoy using it ... show more

I love this tablet, it actually is easier to use then my laptop. It can do ever thing my computer can do. I can even print and scan using it. It is well worth the money, the resolution is good. it has a larger screen so if you are playing games or camera shots is very clear and readable.     • Many pluses, one glinch
This tablet is much faster than my old one. Also it's very easy to set up. Even I could do it by myself. The battery life is only about 3 hours, which could be a problem for some people but I don't mind. There is one problem and I'm waiting to hear back from seller. The screen auto lock feature doesn't stay locked and that is rather annoying. Anyway the return date has passed because I didn't get around to setting it up right away. With the latest Android software (Pie), this can be either a large tablet or a small computer (use the keyboard). It's NOT a laptop but it works very well for on-the-go. Do your email, surf the web, read, play small games, watch TV, stream movies, or YouTube. You can access social sites but not all their features will work. I don't suggest it for serious Gaming. This is the second RCA that I've purchased. The 1st one, the Galleo, had some faults with blue tooth and screen not as good as the Delta. Now the Delta had problem with battery - total discharge for some reason, dampness or cable, or charging off of computer. So thinking it was under 1 year warranty -$30.00 check to RCA to look at it or fix it if I send it to NY. SCAM. It only $120. and they still might charge for fixing replacing and returning. ... show more

    • Piece of garbage! DON'T buy!
As a satisfied owner of the earlier 11.6 RCA tablet "the Maven", I bought this newer "premium" RCA tablet named the Delta 11.6, anticipating it would be an improvement using newer technology. In fact it was several steps backwards in terms of usability. To start off with much fewer setting options. My biggest complaint has to do with there being no filing manager. To access the interior or USB storage, one must open up the storage setting thst doesn't clearly display the contents. Instantaneous cutting & pasting is not an option as it had been with the Maven. I'm it's stead is a slow "move to" option that's as slow as "copy". Editing, moving around my downloaded files is essential for me. (How can technology regress like this & RCA stay in business?) Both the "copy" and the "move to" functions don't work, actuslly failing more than half the time. Totally dysfunctional. All LED video displays tend to have either a blue or a green grey scale which renders black & white pictures green or blue (never adequate red) & ultimately distorts color. The Delta 11.6 was so green thst it couldn't be helped using a color calibrator app. Nothing good to say about this product that costs $150 compared to the Maven thst was $100.     • Great little tablet for the money
If you are looking for a tablet to use for your college classes while getting your degree then maybe look to spend a bit more. This tablet is perfect for minor use - internet, watching videos, email, apps, etc. It's a great little tablet for the money spent.
