I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with this electric scooter I purchased for my son this past Easter. Within 30 days of purchase, the scooter stopped working entirely. Could not get any support from Razor on the issue. We purchased and installed a replacement rear wheel and motor assembly kit, which confirmed that the original motor was defective. It is unacceptable that a brand-new product required such a significant repair within the first month of use.
