So, I bought this for my niece. She was so excited. But, the battery would not take a charge. I got it for her birthday so it was after the “return window” by a few days. So far, they have sent a replacement battery. Didn’t work Now they are supposedly sending a new ecm. The thing is kind of expensive to get what may turn out to be a lemon. It's too slow for my 8 year old but the kids like riding around in it.

This delighted a young lady who has been wanting one for a year; she never dreamed it would come in her favorite color. She is a bit small so it is taking some time for her to get really good [so she can take her sister for a ride]. Based on weight limits, it should last her for years.

The Razor Pocket Mod Petite is a very good purchase and my 9 yr old grandaughter loves it! We love the color, speed, and functionality. As soon as we got it she drove it around the house. Right after that, we were going around the block and she didn't want to get off of it but it still needed a full charge. Can't wait until tomorrow! ... show more

We love this little scooter. It’s great for 4-6 year olds and 7 year olds on the smaller side. If you have a big 7 year old, go with the larger scooter. We had a smaller 7 year old so we needed this one for size because she couldn’t reach the seat and hold up the scooter. There is a big difference between how long the batteries will stay charged on this one and the larger scooter. Only reason I gave it a 4. Smaller will go for about 25 mins; larger will go 45. We have one of each; our 9 year old daughter rides the larger one. ... show more

My scooter was missing it’s charger. I’ve had it for 4 days and my daughter still hasn’t been able to ride it because I can’t charge it and can’t get in touch with anyone to get one.
