Bought this for my 6 year old Grandson. He didn't know how to balance and hold it up given he had never riden the non powered ones. I bought this well over a year and half ago (Today 4/30/2022) His Mother put it away and he turned 7 back in November and She pulled it out. He practiced at first without the motor on and now has learned how to go slow and control the speed. He feels like the coolest kid on the block, which he needs as he is so shy. We love these. Bought two for our daughters, 9 and 11. Make sure to follow instructions on how to operate. Give a good push off before motor kicks on especially uphill, where you will most likely have some trouble kicking on depending on incline. One hand break did not work as well but my husband was able to tweak. Takes some fiddling to get them just right. ... show more

bought this for my kids in the pre-ubiquitous rental scooter days. took maybe seven rides on it around our apartment building on carpeting and concrete - never outside. total ride time estimated at 9 minutes. after that, the thing would charge up beautifully - but it never worked. at. all. it looks like new and doesn't run whatsoever. what can i say except this product sucks which is why you never see them anywhere in america, because everybody figured out they suck. i'm too disgusted to even post the picture i took of of this showroom looking scooter. it's a truly terrible thing, because RAZR's regular scooters are so very awesome - especially the big wheeled ones with the tires instead of silicon wheels. we love them so much - buzz around our city on them. take them to the park. they last forever, great quality. but clearly, RAZR is an analogy king not made for the digital/motorized world. got in touch with the seller politely to let them know, and... crickets... buy this product at your peril. it's CRAPP with an extra P - for pitiful. ... show more

Great high-quality scooter! My 9 year old grandson loves it! It arrived on time and was extremely easy to assemble. The scooter was in two pieces, all that needed to be done was to place the handlebar rod into the wheel and footrest shaft. Charging was easy too, just plug the adapter into the scooter and the wall. It was charged in 13 hours, just as the directions said. The scooter goes about 10 mph, so be sure that the rider is wearing a helmet. Overall, great purchase! I highly recommend it! ... show more
