  • I Use it everyday.I had it for 3 weeks so far so good.
what I like about this scooter : it charges fast.it displays how much battery power left and I don't have to air the tires ever. I paid $260 with tax.the tax was $20 .Before I bought this scooter I did a lot of research online here on Amazon and I watch a lot videos on YouTube about scooters. I use it to go to work and back. It's stays in my house so I don't to lock it up. Where If I walk my trip is about 20 min now it's only 6 min. All my trips are less than 3 miles. I like it a lot I do my groceries shop and put everything in my big back pack and on and ride this scooter to get home. The story is 4blocks from my house. I have no car payments, No Car ins, No speeding tickets yet. One more thing Amazon lost my first order. They asked me if I want refund or order another one...I ordered another Razor E Prime Electric Scooter and I received it in 3days. Everything worked out ok. Thanks Amazon. ... show more

  • Fun to ride and sturdy
I really like this Razor electric scooter. It goes 15 miles an hour and holds a charge for a long time. Small panel of lights glow showing you when you need to charge. It's a little hard to fold until you get the hang of it. Overall it's was a very good purchase.

  • bumpy...
If you live in Brooklyn new York. the road is not well made and it is going to be very bumpy for this scooter. You can ride it on the main road but you need to be aware of the safety. So in other words, the scooter can be bumpy. But when riding it at night, I feel not too much a problem when i ride on the main road. It is quite fast when no obstacles. Battery is good but it only lasts 40 minutes. Also, I think a person over 250 pounds should not ride this scooter. When going on the steep hills, I find it not very efficient. You have to give it a ride on foot constantly when on hills. ... show more

  • Purchased for my 7 year old
Here's what I liked about this electric scooter. The price, the quality. The adjustable handlebar to allow a 7 year olds reach. After many hours of research I feel I selected the perfect electric scooter for my son. I'm not saying this scooter is for every 7 year old. My son has exceptional balance and control of the device. If your child is awkward on a normal scooter you might want to buy a less powerful model. ... show more

  • Don't waste your money
This scooter has been nothing but a disappointment since I purchased it. I bought it to get me from home to bus stop and then bus stop to work and then back again, about 3 1/4 total miles, maybe 25-30 minute ride time, each way. The battery does not last the entire ride, I have to kick in the last couple minutes and have to recharge it while at work. The electric brake on the handle bars will not stop the scooter within a reasonable distance, if at all. Learned that the hard way first day I rode it. If you have to ride up any prlonged incline (I have an overpass to go over on my way to the bus stop) forget it you will have to start pushing. If I wanted a kick scooter i would of bought a kick scooter. The "antirattle" is just a knob you tighten up to help lock the folding mechanism in place but it loosens as you ride so it rattles anyway, I don't even bother to tighten it any more. The ride quality is awful. The solid rubber wheels transfer every bump and rattle, even riding in the bike lane feels unsafe. With the wheels being smooth and skinny the scooter feels very unstable even if the surface is only slightly damp. I have fallen several times because I've gone over a slick surface and I went one way and the scooter went the other, wear a helmet. I got caught in a rain storm on the way home and it has completely stopped working. I get it's not designed to be used in the rain but I didn't have a choice as I was already on my way home. It's only redeeming quality is its weight, about 10lbs less than the last electric scooter I had and how small it folds up, it easily goes under the bus seat, but neither are enough to make up for the other short comings. Unless your commute is less than a mile and over completely flat ground or you are buying this for a kid, dont waste your money. ... show more

  • Great buy
Just what I wanted great power great battery life i can go 15-20 miles on a charge it’s rides a little rough because of the solid tires but I never have to worry about a flat tire. My weight is 160 and I don’t ride at top speed all the time .top speed is about 18-20 mph with a full charge as your charge goes down so does your top speed ... show more

  • sturdy and light weight
Updated review Well this thing worked for almost a full year but now the battery is going out. I purchased this brand because I could buy battery replacements but the price of the battery alone is half the price of the scooter where as batteries for other scooters are under $100. Keep that in mind when buying 😑 First purchase review I purchased this for several reasons. First off if you are going to buy a scooter make sure you can buy replacement parts and that was my main purchase point of this product. This scooter is about the same size as a regular foot propelled scooter and weighs just a little bit more so you don't actually need the power on to enjoy it. The longevity of the battery is about the same as all other electric scooters. I use this to get to a rail station and then come home after work on a regular basis so it gets about 7 miles of use a day and I have never had it die on me. Having two sets of brakes is great. Nothing sucks worse than when you are going down a hill and your scooter doesn't have a rear brake so this one has no issue with hills or sudden stops. The cons of this are somewhat common to all scooters. Controlling the speed on this thing takes a bit more of a steady hand. I honestly wish they would develop a way to set speeds on these. Just because I can take the pedal to the metal doesn't mean I really want to just to maintain a certain speed. I often have to really force my thumb into the handle to avoid jumping around with the speed. It is my personal opinion that scooters should not bend. I do not like the fold up feature as the only way to keep the knob from coming loose while you are riding it is to take a wrench and tighten it to the point that you will need the same wrench to loosen it. That and the fact that you then have a weak spot in the framing. (Back when I had just a regular scooter I was constantly buying replacement pieces to keep the damn thing from folding.) ... show more
