My razer kraken headphones finally snapped after not even a year or so of use. I hung them up on a headphone stand and they snapped. So I ordered this pair. At first I was excited because it seemed like it was better than my old pair because I thought I bought the same pair, I did not. They were working fine until the audio on the right side stopped working. I tried different devices to see if it was just my computers end but it was not. Later it would play sound then go back to not working. I don't know if it's just this one product that isn't working but I'm not impressed with razer anymore. Could've just been my headphones but I'm not buying from razer again. ... show more

My son bought these with a gift card and to use with his Xbox. There are two big problems, but they don’t tell you, but you need a $40 adapter to user these with an Xbox. So we bought it and he used them… until they broke. Normal use and the jack broke off. I have been round and round with the warranty folks, but they will not replace them or refund me.
