I bought two of these. Instructions were not written well. I looked online for tips on getting it to flame but was never able to get it lit. Returned. It looks cool but didn’t work.

This is very elegant device, highly add the vibe to the environment, love it. Easy to assemble and operate. It is pretty heavy to make it stable, but great to add some weight to further stabilized under during wind. Great value for the money.

Amazing stove. Solid built with a cool look. Heavier than expected since it is made of heavyduty steel, but the assemble is quick and straightforward. I planned to use it in my screen porch and thankfully I didn't do that - the fire power is crazy! I just used some BBQ wood pellets, and the flame went beyond the top of the stove and is even taller than me. The designer must know some good aerodynamics. Very happy I have kept this one for my backyard

The media could not be loaded. This Rayzi pellet stove is a fantastic addition to our outdoor space. It is absolutely stunning to look at and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere for any gathering. The design is sleek, and it fits perfectly in different areas of my backyard. While lighting it requires a bit of technique to get started, it is well worth the effort. Once the fire is going, the flame is beautiful, steady, and impressively smokeless. It’s a high-quality heater that really elevates the backyard experience!

Very sturdy and easy to put together work as advertised. The only problem if there’s a slight breeze It causes embers to come out of the tube they could cause a fire. Other than that, I’m very pleased with the product

We are very disappointed in this product.for starters it took too long to start.we followed the video step by step,it took 3 fire starters just to get it going.it smoked for at least 20 minutes and we had to release a good bit of the pellets to get a full fire.the nice fire lasted about 30 minutes we had to add more pellets due to the flame almost going out.again it smoked for about 20 minutes.this product is not worth the time or the money.don’t walk run from this product.
