Edit/update! 1/29/2026. Raycon contacted me and offered a full refund! Either someone actually reads the comments or it's AI, either way, I was shocked! I am really glad that they reached out and offered a refund. I will keep my hopes up that they look into the issues and maybe update the contact method. I really wanted to believe that I got a dud pair and now I am more convinced that it is what happened. I am changing the 2 star to 5, if anyone cares, haha. There is room for improvement. However, with their response to the issue, and the sound quality and price previously mentioned, I am pleased. Seems like they genuinely want to satisfy the consumer. Thank you Raycon! [original comment below] The original ones i had were awesome, however they were stolen. I bought a second pair, they were great for about 8 months, then they had charging issues and basically had half the promised battery life when they did actually charge. These new ones (3rd pair, Classic) keep disconnecting and nobody can hear me on phone calls, I drive a lot for work so I need hands free and these aren't cutting it when customers cannot hear me and I have to switch to speaker phone, or just call them back, not a great impression. And it's always an s show trying to get customer support, you have to jump through a bunch of hoops, this pertains to almost any company out there, not just Raycon. I really wanted to like them. Battery life, sound quality and price are top notch, but that's all worthless if they keep disconnecting and nobody can hear you. Love these earbuds. They are really comfortable, and the noise canceling works well. Sound is clear and battery is long lasting. Used these for 2 flights and multiple conversations already and very impressed. One issue is if you use the feature to hear outside noises while using the earbuds is that the sound is a little high pitched and can be heard by the person on the other end of the phone line if being used during a call. ... show more

I bought everyone in my family a pair. These are the best earbuds I ever had. I was conflicted on spending nearly 200 dollars for airpods or looking for a cheaper alternative yet bad quality. I’ve heard of raycons vaguely, and the price wasn’t bad so i gave them a shot not expecting much. But man, I AM AMAZED. They have buttons so you don’t have to hover over them or worry about accidentally turning something on/off by touch. There are 3 different listening modes, balanced sound, bass sound, and pure sound when you press the button four times. For noise cancellation or awareness mode, you hold the button for 3 seconds. 2 months of use and the right earbud is already having issues. I had a cheap pair before purchasing these that lasted over a year. I’ll save my money and purchase the cheap pair again next time. I am loving these Raycon Earbuds! They are compact and compatible with an android or a IPhone. It connected to WiFi very easily. Love the clear sound they provide and the noise cancellation it provides. Hands down a great purchase!
