It very much reminds of the 90s when everyone had these oval shaped sunglasses. I suppose it’s making a comeback. The frame is a smooth metal material and doesn’t tug on my hair. Fit is pretty standard for these type of sunglasses. If you have a high cheekbone of low nose bridge then this sunglasses may rest slightly on your cheeks instead of your nose.
