I read a lot of reviews about how hard this set is to assemble and it's not hard at all. It takes some time though. Nothing snaps together. It's nuts and bolts. It's gonna hold up and be very sturdy. The directions are simple and very detailed. We actually got a bonus ottoman for the patio sofa that wasn't in the description. None of the hardware was missing and had extra of everything. Great set but don't plan on golfing any the weekend you decide to put it together. It's gonna take about 6 hours to assemble but it's worth it. We looked at a set already assembled at menards similar to this set for 800 dollars more that didn't look as good. I'll gladly take 6 hours and assemble for that difference.

I LOVE my new patio set! I researched on and off for the past couple years. If you follow the directions to the T- it’s not hard to put together. The seat back is high enough to lean back comfortably. Cushions are comfy too! I did buy some accent yellow pillows to go with the peacock blue. Oh and it comes with covers for all the pieces. The covers are a little thin and the cushions will get a little wet. Overall I would recommend this to my friends.

I absolutely love this patio set. If you order this be prepared to spend a few hours putting it together. It has about 100 bolts to put it together. I don't suggest putting the fire pit together first (it's the easiest and comes with good gloves) the hardware will turn your hands black. Everything is labeled well and goes together good. The only issue with the fire pit is that it has a chip in one of the ceramic slates. The base is metal. Now the couch would be the next thing to build because it comes with a ratchet allen wrench this can in handy for the chairs and ottomans too. This went together nicely too. The cushions are nice( one of mine has a weird line in the middle of it) it easily will sit 2 adults and one kid. The last thing to build is the chairs and ottomans the instructions have you building both chair at the same time(I just did half then repeated it again) the ottomans as well. Everything sits well and seems sturdy. I am very happy with this set. It took me 4 hours to complete( I'm dyslexic and have to read a few times and double check). We'll worth the money for this.

This set is so nice. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this furniture really is. The cushions are thick and firm, not cheap at all. It did take several hours to out everything together but all of the hardware needed was included. I had a slight issue with the fireplace tile being chipped but the company sent me a replacement right away. If you are on the fence, don’t be. Buy it.

Can’t speak to longevity since I just made this purchase, but I love it so far. Quality seems pretty good, structure is sturdy, cushions are comfortable. Set up is a bit time consuming, but it is easy enough and well worth it! One of the boxes came with a mechanical island wrench which definitely helps!! And bonus: mine came with an extra ottoman!

Such a good patio set! We got the one with the fire pit, which we love. The whole set came 3 different days, in 3 different boxes with instructions that were easy to follow.. takes time to put it together. Happy with the wicker quality! Cushions are a good quality!

Exactly like the picture! Product came in way ahead of scheduled delivery which was very pleasing. Easy to move and put together. Be sure to open the couch box first to get the right tools to make it easier. Very sturdy and fit our space great. Overall very happy!

Arrived quicker than anticipated. Quality of materials are what should be expected for the price. There is a reason why similar sized furniture is $4,000. I expect this to last 3 seasons looking good. And another 3 seasons looking rough. Had a few extra screws which were nice to have. Took more time and effort to put together than expected. Rain covers are flimsy. It comes with some small tools. A 10mm socket wrench works well in conjuction with the ratchet hex drive supplied RECOMMENDATION: Build the sofa first. It is the most time consuming. Build the furniture on a raised platform like a table. Your knees and back will thank you.
