When I stumbled upon this beautiful patio furniture, I was blown away by the "Peacock" Blue color. I ordered two different sets, which their customer service team reached out to me immediately to make me aware that they were different colors and sizes. I initially placed and order for a brown and black set. After working with them, we found two sets that match, and they expedited the order. Prior to receiving them, they reached out to let me know there was a mistake in the colors and that I had an electric blue color sent to me. Without hesitation, they wanted to make it right and let me know they were not only shipping the correct color to me, but also let me know I was welcome to keep the electric blue color so I can have replacement covers if I need them. I am over the moon, and can change up the colors if needed. Now on to the quality of the furniture: The patio furniture was tedious to put together, but every single hole lined up perfectly! There were even extra parts just in case one is lost (or falls between the deck panels). This is some of the nicest pato furniture I've sat on, both in terms of sturdiness and comfort! With varying sizes and weights of family members, I'm not worried about it collapsing or wearing out fast. The covers they sent with it are nice and stayed on even through an intense wind storm. I woke up the morning after expecting them to have blown off, and was pleased to see they stayed in securely! For two sets it took me just under 12 hours to assemble. Eventually I used a different wrench from a set than what it came with. All parts use an Allen wrench and is hand tightened, so it took a while. (I recommend making a party out of it! ) I plan to buy from rattan artisans in the future and couldn't recommend them more! It's so tough to know what you are getting, and I'm happy to have gone with this brand!

Well I completely ditto most of the reviews here. It's a pain to put together although the pieces fit very nicely and holes all line up perfectly. You definitely don't want to tighten ANYTHING down completely until all the pieces of the puzzle are in place. You definitely want to start with the sofa because it has the magic wrench in it. And it does, in fact, come in three boxes (and it is a piece of artwork the way they can get all of this in three boxes). Nothing was damaged and all the parts were there including some extra nuts and bolts (yes I used everything I should have). The storage table holds a lot more than I thought it would. The whole set seems very sturdy and it's light enough to move around with no struggles. They recommend that you let the cushions fill out for 72 hours before inserting them into the covers but I waited 48 and probably could have done it in 24. The material for the covers is fantastic! Anything and everything should just wipe right off. And they're washable as well. The color is beautiful on both the rattan and the covers. I got the Peacock Blue. It is AMAZINGLY comfortable especially for patio furniture! I have gotten so many compliments and would have given it 4 1/2 instead of 5 ONLY because I feel like the back cushions could use a little more fill. But I feel like I can easily buy some cheap bed pillows and stuff them in there with no problem and it would solve that problem. For the price this was VERY well worth the effort and then some.

Quality was fantastic. Once it’s all complete the patio set looks amazing. I’ve received many compliments on it. Just be prepared to put in some work. Patio set comes in three big boxes. 150 pieces to put together. Shipping was extremely fast. I literally got it after two days of putting the order in. If I can give this 10 stars, I would but five is the maximum. Highly recommended. Great price great quality and even better shipping.

This has probably been one of my best purchases on Amazon, in all honesty. I had it sitting on my wish list for a while, afraid to pull the trigger. It does come in a LOT of pieces, but the quality is awesome. Customer service is amazing-I was concerned because I received 2 boxes, which only contained the couch and the table, and tracking was wonky. The app was sending notifications that it was delivered, but then the tracking kept saying it was arriving today. Contacted customer service and they sent me additional tracking info to show there was a third box still on the way. Additionally, one of the seat cushions had a tear at the seam, and I showed them a picture and they’ve assured me they’re going to address this, and based on their response I have no doubt they will. The set is absolutely beautiful and I’m so glad I bought it. Super comfortable and sturdy as well.

First impression of the company...above and beyond excellent. I had a couple questions about delivery. They responded the very next day. Professionally, politely and solved any and all of my concerns. The furniture is a bit time consuming to put together. It all went together nicely. Small trick to insert cushions into the covers. But once you get it pretty simple to do. They do give you everything you will need. If you have a power screw driver or allen wrench ends to attach to power driver it helps a ton. But WOW ...I am super super happy with every piece. I would / will most definitely recommend this product by this company anytime.
