I love this outdoor furniture set. It is very sturdy and well made. I also loved that they had a few color options to choose from. I have a 12×20 gazebo and the set fits under it with room for a dining set as well. The fabric is thick and good quality. The cushions seem to be a good foam material( time will tell) the back pillows are just cotton filled inserts ( I do plan on replacing those inserts with memory foam later) the firepit coffee table I got is metal with a dark bronze wicker look ( they showed one in the pics that match the furniture, I didnt get that one) and at first I wasn't thrilled I got the one I did. But I decided to keep it because it wasn't to matchy matchy with the furniture and it came with the glass wind guard that fits perfectly!..It has a grey marbled tile top that does match the color of the furniture. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the flame gets turned to level high, very happy about that. The instructions are easy to read with pictures. Making assembly easy but it is time consuming. The boxes have mixed parts meaning some chair parts are in ons box and some are in another box and it really doesn't tell you which boxes has the hardware so you need all 6 boxes to fully put everything together. Would gladly give this set 5 stars because it is well-built, stylish and priced right. It is even very easy to assemble if you have patience, despite many reviews stating otherwise. However, the packing list and directions are terrible. For instance, there is a large red note on some of the chair pcs that states something to the effect of "if the parts do not line up, please change directions and try again", instead of just using some arrows telling you which way they go. You don't find out if you have it the right way until your about 1/2 hour into it, then you may have to disassemble and reassemble (as I did). Totally avoidable and frustrating. ... show more

It was very easy to put together!! The boxes arrived separately over a week's time so the rachet didn't come till last box. but that was ok because we had one. We had to put all the cushions in the covers. That was the hardest part of all. It's very comfortable and I love the fire pit!! It all fit perfect on our deck!! Can't beat the price!! The Rattaner 7 piece set is a good value. It was ~$1200.00 with tax and no delivery charge. The gray wicker with navy blue cushions goes well with my deck. Putting the set together is tedious, but not complicated. It took me a couple of days. I ordered two more chairs for another $275.00 which should give me all the seating I need. The cushions could be a little firmer, but that’s my personal preference. The fire pit is awesome. It puts out a nice flame, and the blue stones are pretty. The first delivery was 5 big boxes. I didn’t realize that it comes in 6, so I contacted customer service. They told me that I would get another box, which took about 5 days to arrive. All in all, this set is worth the money. Plan on a two day assembly process if you are by yourself. There is just LOTS to put together. Easy enough to do, helpful if you have small arms and a hex tip for a ratcheting screwdriver. Had one bad weld on the fire table but easy enough to fix. These are comfortable and nice too look at. Great that they come with covers, recommend labeling the covers when you figure out which is for what. Overall a good buy, would purchase again if need arises. ... show more

The set came in multiple boxes over several days. My husband and I put it together over 3-4 days working a few hours at a time. The pieces were all there and nothing was broken. It wasn't hard to make and we found it an enjoyable experience. When done, we were so pleased with every piece. I like how it can be rearranged into so many different plans. I also bought a rug from Amazon that finished off the scene. I enjoy being outside on this patio set every day. I have taken many naps on the couch and the cushions are comfortable and don't slide off. Very pleased with the quality and looks of this set. ... show more

Not very well made. Covers let water right thru. Back pillows are not very firm. Takes a lot to put together and then find out that you wish you had bought a better product, but it’s too late to return as it’s all assembled
